So, if he puts his pot in an oregano bottle will he be busted for possession of an “imitation Italian herb?”
Could be worse. He could be Herb Grass.

At any rate- at least the kid didn’t have a gallon of Extract- Drunks used to go into my mothjer’s store and claim they wanted the extract to ‘bake hteir mothers a birthday cake’ -
what really needs to happen folks since 9-11 has come and then gone...all schools have a police force which is NOT NEEDED. They were not needed in the first place but the government enticed the states w/ your tax money to hire full police forces for all schools.
It is a nightmare w/these IDIOTS....THese G-D fools they hire from a crack house...strap a gun on them and...send them to an elementary school and constantly tell the public these ..BRAVE MEN RISK THEIR LIVES EVERYDAY that they go to work. Horsesh*t! These lazy sob’s cannot get a job anywhere else...maybe at the coffee shop where they spend all day.
It’s over: “the school system rescinded a 10-day suspension and dropped expulsion proceedings”.

Everyone knows oregano is a gateway drug for confectioners sugar!
Yep and air promotes lung activity..oh the humanity of it all..
“imitation controlled substance”?
Any flour in the school cafeteria?
This is akin to the cases of the students who were disciplined for drawing stick figures shooting guns, and the one who formed a “gun” by pointing his forefinger.
Remember Patty Hearst's fiancee Steven Weed?
LOL!
Yep.
It will undercut the cartels.
