Not an issue in our house. My wife makes killer wings with Franks Hot Sauce.
I start with Durkee's... Boil it down some (boil off some vinegar, concentrating the cayenne pepper), add a little honey and Heinz 57 (the sauce, not the obama State count) to taste. Apply liberally to deep-fried or baked wings. Bake on or hold in crock pot...
Length of boiling, and amount of honey/heinz determine relative "hotness" of sauce.
