One World Government Obama
The American Spectator ^ | March 22, 2011 | Ben Stein

Posted on 03/22/2011 6:40:17 AM PDT by opentalk

Maybe I missed something, but wasn't that The Constitution of the United States of America that we just laid to rest this weekend?

It was buried in a private ceremony by Mr. Barack Obama of Chicago as he silently signed America on to the One World Government some of us have been worried about for decades.

Look at it this way: Where did Mr. Obama get the authority to commit United States forces to war in Libya?

There was no declaration of war. There was no authorizing resolution by Congress allowing money to be spent on a war against Col. Gaddafi. As far as I know, there was no meeting of Mr. Obama and top leaders of Congress to discuss the subject in even rough form, let alone detail. There was no lengthy buildup in which the Congress was "allowed" to express the people's opinion on whether we want to be in a third concurrent war.

There was just a vote by the United Nations Security Council, a very far from unanimous vote, and suddenly, the President's Secretary of State, Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton, solemnly announced that we were at war.

Bump.

595 days left until the American people have a chance at “winning”.

One could argue the Constitution was laid to rest once BO/BS illegally occupied the Oval office.

Dennis Kucinich is calling for his impeachment. Things are really strange when we agree with him.

Or you could argue it was laid to rest when Truman sent troops to Korea on the say-so of the UN Security Council.

The silence from Republican leaders is disturbing.

They don't want to attack a black man, they might be excoriated as racists. They would as soon see the U.S. destroyed before they would want to be targeted by the left and have Farrakhan's NOI thugs picketing their lush private residences. Might end up on the 5pm news. Boehner and his cry-babies. Sickening sacks of senescence.

As far as I'm concerned, until Obama PROVES IT, he's an usurper and should be treated as such. It was Pelosi who sent out the forms to all of the States affirming his nomination and Pelosi has demonstrated on many occasions that she's NUTS. To recap:

1.) Crazy Pelosi signs nomination forms affirming Obama’s eligibility (You have to elect him to see if he's eligible).

2.) Dead people, zombies, racists and illegals put the Kenyan wonder in office.

3.) Kenyan wonder flubs oath (on purpose) then seals all of his records tighter than a frog's a*s.

4.) Kenyan wonder, crazy speaker and dingy Harry proceed to turn DC into a banana republic.

One of the many things I've read here on FR that has really resonated was a line about it being statistically impossible to make this many “mistakes”. It has to be contrived. As many have suspected, both parties play the same game - good politician/bad politician - and they take turns at the roles. Boehner has PROVEN it with his inaction and the GOP has proven it by not DEMANDING Obama prove his eligibility the MOMENT the took Congress. Until “we the people” decide we've had enough of this sh*t, nothing will change.

I absolutely agree. Didn’t he even throw it in their faces that he did it a day earlier than they even knew about? How’s that for smug?

Who cares what a court jester signs without consent of We the People?
His foolish antics are invalid in this case.

*It must be what the republicans want also
You betcha.

The mission of the RNC is to keep the rubes in line. For this reason, it has been occasionally in their interest to slow the process, hence they seem to “oppose” when their position really comes down to a question of pace. *

I’m disappointed in the startlingly weak budget “cuts.”

Republicans: “Let’s cut the budget by 1/3 of a penny on the dollar.”
Dems: “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! That’s much too much..what about the CHILDREN! (In Dr Smith’s voice: ‘O, the pain!’)”
Republicans: “Well, we can see that the pain is too painful, so let’s have a bipartisan cut of 1/6 of a penny on the dollar and we’ll both be liked, my brothers from across the aisle.”
Dems: “NOOOOOOOOOOO!! Grandmas will have to eat catfood. The most we could cut is maybe 1/12th of a penny on the dollar, you know, a few hours worth of govt spending. And that is vicious!”

I say, why not cut the Fed budget by HALF like they did in the early 1920’s?
They did it before, we can do it again.

Republicans should be all over this. Where is the Republican leadership? I guess they are going to leave it up to Sarah Palin again.

IMPEACH OBAMA!

They’re still at the cocktail party discussing who they’re going to anoint to be the next President.

Myth Romney is up of course, but they might be thinking about a plan “B”. But it sure as heck won’t be some unwashed Tea Partier peasant.

his actions are more in line with an African dictator who uses his country’s assets as his personal playthings

Exactly! Apart from his Mussolini-like strutting and posture, his arrogant behavior most reminds me of African despots like Robert Mugabe and former Uganda dictator Idi Amin. Congress had better act decisively now or get used to being irrelevant.
