I’ve said for a couple of years the moon worshippers will take that down.
People say “no, they like the French” etc. But they don’t understand islam.
Islam’s mindset for the last 40 years has been about being able to do SOMETHING. They are like a child vandal. If they can knowck something big and important down it makes them feel like they are important.
The world as it stands says to them “islam is a lie, ‘aller’ is a lie, arabs are useless people”. So they want to destroy big important things to make themselves feel important.

They have a psychi dilemma; they’re constantly told their ways are the ONLY way, and yet every day they’re surrounded by stuff they had NO hand at all in creating.
So there’s worry, resentment, and anger.
And the more they contact these outside ways, the more they suffer from this dilemma.
That’s why many of the most ardent jihadists are cosmopolitan and tend to be fairly well-traveled.

PARIS — An official at the Eiffel Tower in the French capital says the world famous monument has been evacuated after a suspicious package was found.
The official said Wednesday the package was found on the plaza beneath the tower.
A Paris police official said nearly 4,000 tourists were evacuated from the site after an anonymous caller warned that the Paris monument would be blown up at 1700 GMT.
Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity, saying the situation is still being investigated.
The site is occasionally evacuated because of threats.
That almost tells me it's not Jihadists. Calling in the threat would cause an evacuation. Jihadists are about body count on top of the destruction, so there would be no warning.
They also don't leave the packages. They strap the packages to their chest and/or belt and detonate them.
I don't know who it could be, eco-terrorists, neo-nazis, prank, could be anything or nothing, but it doesn't fit Jihadist m.o.

Not necessarily. The Madrid bombers just left backpacks on the trains. There were no suicide bombers, although most of them were killed later when they blew up the house they were staying in so that the police couldn’t take them alive.
