Obama is awesome ......Libya vs. Iraq
Powerline ^ | March 25, 2011

Someone, I don't know who, has made some entertaining videos out of dialogue between a rational conservative and a typical liberal. This one is the latest, titled "Libya vs. Iraq." But I prefer the title Jonah Goldberg gave it: "I don't care, Obama is awesome."

Libya vs. Iraq

That was a great one.

Loved the English accent on the man and this uploader used a bit of hand movements.

These are great - I’d love to try my hand at putting one of these together.

Over the top funny, but there are no doubt countless liberals stealing oxygen from the rest of us this very minute who actually steadfastly identify with the logic of that blonde bimbo.

“I don’t care, Obama is awesome!”

And what tv shows are those? “SNL, Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert.”.......God help us.

Medved played this on his show yesterday and ILMAO. It's just like my office. I'm the only conservative in a cubicle of 8 people and this kind of conversations happens all the time.

Someone should show this video to Michael Savage. It’s tragic that someone so smart still spews the leftist line on Iraq.

I know people who actually think like that.

I hate to think about the frightful reality it will take to jolt these people out of their stupor. I don't think they can change their thinking without seeing family and close friends imprisoned or killed, and at that point they will be too frightened to admit they've experienced an epiphany.

The great wealth of our society makes it possible for a very large percentage of the population -- approximately half, it would seem -- to completely "opt out" of reality. Once they become untethered, they fall prey to mass delusion, an alternate reality created for them by the media. This reality is internally consistent; the contradictions occur only at the interface points between it and the actual reality that the wage earners have to face. The Main Stream Media functions to keep the "interface points" hidden from the untethered population, and the government takes by force enough resources to keep the untethered population alive. The physical and psychological discomfort they experience as what are, essentially, "vote cows," can be mitigated and channelled by keeping their attention focussed on outside hobgoblins like Conservatives, Christians, Sarah Palin, etc.

Seems real. Do you recall women who looked like her defending Clinton against all the sluts who lied about him even after he admitted one was true?
