If I was going to loot an ammunition production facility, the first thing I would do is toss a grenade into the line. Then just pick up the bullets as they fall like rain from the sky.

Wow, I'm trying to imagine being willing to shoot ammo that was from a Yemen ammo plant.
I lived in Yemen. We couldn't get rebar locally that was reliably the same dimensions from on to the next.
