New Rules Would Label Millions of American Workers as Disabled
Fox News ^ | March 28, 2011 | Shannon Bream

"Before, perhaps 40 million people were covered by the ADA. That number will increase significantly," McGlothlen told Fox News. "Some people might even say that a majority of Americans are covered as disabled under the law."

Overall, lawyers for employers say the regulations shift the burden of proof in disability claims.

They say that employers will now have to show why a worker doesn't require special accommodations, rather than employees proving that the measures are merited.

...

Barring congressional intervention, the new regulations will take effect May 24.

Actually, I don’t think ‘white Christian males’ will be allowed to exist, you’ll have to choose whether you’re a ‘ethnic celtic catholic spiritual primarily masculine indivdual’ or a ‘ethnic germanic protestant spiritual male presenting indivdual.’

CONFIRMED:

CONFIRMED: One in 19 Americans today get SSDI or SSI. That's one in 19 Americans who are "disabled".

This is how bad it is BEFORE the new regulations take effect.
END GAME: The parasites outnumber the hosts.

That does it! I’m moving to California and hiring a lawyer.
I’ll apply for a job and be turned down since I can’t do the job with my disability and my prospective employer won’t make “reasonable” accommodations for me since he doen’t think I’m all that disabled.

My lawyer says, “Prove it”. ho boy-oboy

” Barring congressional intervention, the new regulations will take effect “

There’s something desperately wrong about the relationship between Congress, and the Bureaucratic Monsters they’ve created...

There is already a huge underground network of “disabled” who suck off the government tit and work f/t jobs for cash paid under the table. Small businesses are especially inclined to hire someone who will work for less $ payable in cash. No payroll costs, taxes to pay, etc etc. The “disabled” often get food stamps that are sold for pennies on the dollar, along with SS# that can be used as bogus dependent claims.

Scamming the government (us) is a f/t job handed down from generation to generation now.

A stated goal in the report is to reduce the number of people receiving SSI, but as we all know government rules usually have the opposite effect..

I am convinced that the powers that be purposely want to drive business out of the country. Maybe they yearn for a return to Medieval times? They want to set themselves up as Nobles, complete with estates and serfs. And don’t forget the serving wrenches.

What's a serving wrench?

Ah! The ADA. What a cornucopia of income generating rules and laws written, passed and utilized by lawyers to generate their own income.

When I go for my annual physical next week I intend to ask for certification for obtaining a handicapped parking sticker.

My justification, "I need a parking closer to my Tai Kwon Do Jang. Sometimes it's hard and painful walking to my car after class."

I recall reading the opinion some years ago that the disability act would inevitably lead to those afflicted with innumeracy being hired as mathematics professors. I suppose we’re nearing that point.

No. We've arrived. Just look at the POTUS.

Good grief. There’s already tons of fraud in this area. They need to hire as many people as they did the IRS just to find those who lie about having disabilities. IMO

If you offer the government teat to a group of people, a certain percentage will take it.

Another worthless federal agency that could disappear tomorrow and for most of us, our lives would change for the better. I say this as a person who has had severe to profound hearing loss in both ears since my early 20’s. I am also a diabetic.
