Obama’s draft record? The draft was repealed by the time he became an adult. It must be the Selective Service records.

There was/is NO draft when Obama was that age. Only a draft registration. I am the same “age” as Obama.

The site allows registered users to verify names and Social Security numbers for employment purposes and warns that using it under false pretenses is a violation of federal law."

Were I his attorney, I would argue that Col. Hollister as well as the rest of us, are Obama's employers, therefor accessing the database was a legal act.

Yep. Colonel Hollister has stepped in it. As retired military, he’s not only subject to all the State and Federal charges he may have brought on himself, he’s also subject to UCMJ action as well.

From the article:

Hollister told the Colorado Springs Gazette that a private investigator gave him what is purported to be the president’s Social Security number and he then accessed the Social Security Number Verification Service to find out to whom it was issued and to access Selective Service documents.

The site allows registered users to verify names and Social Security numbers for employment purposes and warns that using it under false pretenses is a violation of federal law.

They should only go after him after the usurper goes to jail for identity fraud for using a dead man's social security number

Gotta love the Denver Channel 7 “article” on this. Peter Boyles (a local morning talk show host at 630, KHOW) has totally pwnd them, and the Denver Post on all things Obama. Pete’s on at 5:30 MDT for a few hours and well worth listening to. He totally owns the wimpy journalism major MSM in Denver.

Please check out KHOW’s site (Peter Boyles) on all of this before even beginning to believe our bottom of the SAT barrel journalists.

Dittoes on the mention of “Draft Records”.

I clicked the link. Then clicked the links within the link. I saw nothing there that means anything to anyone. Except Dr. Orly. But she’s a nut, right?

All this guy did was get himself a butt-load of trouble. He may not go to jail, but he will be in and out of court for years.

If Obama is fraudulently using a deceased man’s social security number, how can the Col. be guilty of impersonating Obama?

Supposedly Obama is impersonating the deceased man.

doesn’t something have to exist before it can be stolen? If this really existed, it could prove interesting to see WHOSE identity was actually stolen. Here’s a quetion for someone with experience in this field - if you steal an identity from someone who stole it, who goes to jail?
