A 1099 is an IRS income reporting form for independent contractors and free-lancers. Hollister did not explain how sending that to Obama complies with federal laws on the use of Social Security data.
I like that approach - it brings it back to the foundation ‘we the people’ are indeed his employer. How many forget that as the elite wants us to forget it. Obamacare is proof of that - nothing to do with ‘the will of the people’ but his will forced on us.

There was/is NO draft when Obama was that age. Only a draft registration. I am the same “age” as Obama.Between 1975 and 1980, there wasn't even a selective service registration. I was born in 1959, and I never had to register.

So lets play the ‘standing’ game....
In this case - who was the victim? If the SSN is not Obama’s and was never issued then WHO was impersonated? It could not be Obama since SSN says that number was NEVER issued.
So lets see this go to trial.
Suppose his real birth record shows he was born in the Territory of Hawaii a few years earlier?The Republican Party ran a candidate (Barry Goldwater) who was born in a U.S. territory. If it was OK then, it must be OK now.
Most of those born just a couple years earlier, in 58 and 59, there wasn’t even registration for the draft. Look it up.

That's why they keep passing new, unintelligible laws from which bureaucrats make new even more unintelligible regulations that are then administered by kids just out of college or left over hippies in suits who are protected by sovereign immunity. Oh, and their lawyers are paid for by you.
Simple truth is it should never ever have gotten to this far. There were at least a half-a-dozen points at which the issue could have been resolved relatively easily.
Few things in my lifetime have left me feeling as frustrated as watching this whole unsightly situation unfold. I don't who America thinks it's kidding when it pretends we are a “nation of laws, not men” when it's fallen so far that it can't, or won't, make sure its President meets the qualifications for the office.
If we can't even take care of a constitutional demand how in the hell do we think we can cut a trillion dollar PLUS deficit?

shouldn’t he and all others like him get ‘whistler blower’ protection status? after all, they are threatened and are attempting to expose corruption that is harmful to the people and the nation. how are people like him not whistle blowers?
