Great stuff! I love this guy. He never hesitates to tell it like it is. I particularly enjoyed his calling Ms. Rice “crazed”. Indeed she is.
Whether you agree or disagree with the gentleman, these two very uptight liberal women tried to shut him down, as though 1. he was in the room and 2. his opinion of the reaction of Islamists to this Adventurism, or of Ambassador Rice as "crazed," were too outrageous for intelligent conversation.
They reacted, at first as though they were arguing with your average Cairo city-dweller of resident of Gaza, and then piled on with a particularly irritating tonal inflection used by some Americans, perhaps more irritating (at least off-putting) coming from seemingly grown-up women of stretching out the e's and ahs when obviously busy thinking of what they are going to say next instead of listening.
You don't see Conservative women using that tone. It communicates volumes about a person's insecurity. This was, as Andrew Klavan has observed, a case of Liberals telling someone to "shut up."
Liberal bias on parade is not news, but this is a rare and extraordinary example.
This is the atmosphere "at Court" in Caesar's house, filled with hot house flowers who are too sensitive for a boxing arena, let alone the world of international policy.
This group has Kool Aide with every meal, like Diet Coke with this crowd.
