Another presidential hopeful wants Obama eligibility proof
WND ^ | April 01, 2011 | Bob Unruh

Businessman and possible 2012 GOP contender Herman Cain says he understands why people want President Obama to bring out some proof of his eligibility to occupy the Oval Office.

He said in an interview with Shark-Tank.net he respects people who believe Obama "should prove he was born in the United States of America."

He was responding to a question about billionaire Donald Trump's flamboyant challenges to Obama to just produce his birth certificate and close the issue.

Good point.

I have always thought that con law people adore the Constitution. I remember one prof I had was tremendous, difficult, flamboyant and absolutely crazy in love with the US Constitution.

0bama et al, not so much, it appears.

Silly me.

The “fix” has been “in” for years, but when the NYTimes questioned McCain’s eligibility, Claire McCaskill (D-MO) used it as a smokescreen to try to circumvent the Constitution to make Obama eligible. She loved Obama and was on the Senate Judiciary with Hillary and Obama and many others who also knew Obama could not produce a birth certificate.

She first introduced S 2678, which failed. She then introduced SR 511 (with co-sponsor Tom Coburn (R-OK) and others )which said McCain was eligible but also said “..previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President..” That was a lie, but they used it to get Repubs to vote for the resolution, incriminating them.

Almost the entire Congress voted for the resolution because Repubs thought McCain could beat Hillary, who had enough delegates to be nominated. They were all guilty. Both parties risked violating the Constitution as if it meant nothing anymore. That is why they have refused to consider impeachment because Congress would face impeachment.

The final blow came when Dean illegally forced Hillary’s delegates to vote for Obama at the convention. If Hillary had exposed Obama at the Senate Judiciary, she would have been the nominee. McCain and Repubs also got snookered. If they expose Obama now, they will be forced to admit their own treachery and possible treason. The fix is still in. No wonder Congress is held in such contempt.

Would you know if Illinois has ever granted provisional memebership to the bar?

Again, I remember reading about him having been in the courtroom assisting in trials, but never uttered a work. I find that strange that a brilliant student, orator, president of the Law Review never said "boo" in a courtroom.

Don’t know. You raise an interesting point. 0bama can talk and talk. Adores himself.

But he never talks law or the finer points of law. Or of what he said in a courtroom.

I don’t even know if any attorney has ever gone on record of arguing alongside or against him.

Or a juror who might have heard him
Or a judge....
Or a court reporter........
Or a person in the courtroom.......
Or someone in a court building........
Or in an office filing or getting a form........
Or a receptionist........

Nada.

The guy’s first name should by rights be Caspar.

That is an interesting analysis Charlie72. Everything you've said about McCaskill is verifiable. There were dozens of knowledgeable analysis by Dems of McCain's ineligibility. The most thorough I've seen was Gabriel Chin's “Why Senator John McCain Cannot be President:”, available at U of Arizona Law School. I guessed that it was a quid-pro-quo; Dems said we won't talk if you stop your troops from asking questions about Obama. Pelosi even appeared to cut off the traditional state-by-state polling when the Electoral College results were reported. That caused Mario Appuzo to include Dick Cheney in his lawsuit, since he, as President of the Senate, failed to perform the poll (I don't know the source of the law or rule ordaining the poll, but it has been the practice for a long long time.)

McCain, while he wasn't convicted with Keating and the other four thieves, clearly considers himself above the law. He will always be remembered for having protected the occupation of the white house by a many clearly ineligible to the presidency.

Who had more power than the Hillary team? I don't know enough about who really controls those decisions. Obama was clearly a minor tool, a novice who would do what he was told to do. The trap seems to have been set early, the summer of 2008, when no one in Congress would answer questions before the election about Obama eligibility - many asked, and Cmdr Kerchner sent registered letters to lots of congressmen. Once Roberts, after failing twice, delivered the oath, every Republican, along with Justice Roberts, who absolutely knew Obama as ineligible, was complicit and welcomed the Alinsky ridicule ploy about “Birthers.” It protects representatives of both parties who should all be prosecuted for violating a whole bunch of oaths, since all of them know that Obama is ineligible.

" After the last election, I called the Texas Attorney Generals office to inquire who verified the eligibility of the presidential candidates. After being left on hold for an outrageous time, finally learned they don't look at the requirements in that office, they take the word of the DNC and RNC. "

And if you were to contact either the DNC or the RNC, they will tell you that it's not their problem and contact your Attorney General's office to deal with it.
Just like the courts that don't want to deal with it, they tell us it's Congress's job, and the job of the political parties, but, when those parties are questioned about it, they tell us it's your local authorities job and problem to deal with it, so the can get's kicked around and no one wants to deal with it... they are all corrupted.

It seems to me what turned it around for Obama, and probably lost it for Hilary, was Ted Kennedys' support for Obama. All of a sudden everyone in the Dem party, including the players, knew Obama was anointed by the powers who ruled. He was now a serious candidate or at least taken seriously.

" Another man of courage "

Since he is a black man questioning Obama's eligibility, Of course ? the RNC and the MSM will laugh him off and say that Herman is not a serious candidate to be taken seriously.
They can't yell racism, so they will marginalize him.

Thanks for the info. I can’t prove it, but something sinister must have happened at the Mar. 12, 2008 secret meeting of Congress to scare them to death. It was supposed to be about Homeland Security. Some say Congress was threatened: economic collapse, dollar collapse to be replaced with Amero after Mexico, Canada and USA joined as one North American Union, riots, congressmen hiding in underground tunnels, etc. It was is if they were not given a choice. SR 511 was agreed to on April 30 after the secret meeting.

I’m sure you have searched that. You’ve probably read Ken Timmerman’s article at Newsmax in September 2008 “Obama had close ties..Saudi Arabia..” Personally, no proof, I think Obama was selected very early by the CIA and the Saudi’s. Wayne Madsen has an article about Obama being a member of the CIA as were the Dunhams. (The CIA also claims to own the media, and are experts at overthrowing governments.) Of course, Frank Marshall Davis (Communist Party in Hawaii, after being scared out of Chicago) also had a very real influence on Obama’s ideology.

I think Obama is using the Marxist and Muslim philosophy to break down America and Israel. Then, he will be forced to choose Islam totally because that is where the passion is. The deliberate failure to present a budget and a resulting government shutdown may be a trap to use the power given to Bush after 9/11. Riots, insurrection and planned crises would play into his hands. He knows he has only a year and a half to complete his mission. With my heart I hope I am wrong about all of this, but my mind says I am not.

That sounds like a likely scenario. Kennedy always seemed, a lot like Kerry, the not too bright rich kid paying penance for his inherited wealth. I do recall that there was a rift between Kennedy and the Clintons, but I'm not much of a political student. Obama caught my attention as I learned about the Constitution and began to see the attempt at building a kind of axiomatic structure to replace a monarchy.

Following the trail which leads to certainty that our framers meant “born on the soil of citizen parents,” the definition used by Chief Justice Marshal in The Venus, is not obvious. That was a clever strategy by Larry Tribe, Axelrod, Bauer and others. Confusing the “jury” with irrelevant story lines is not original, but it doesn't appear that Obama’s handlers even knew about Chester Arthur's illegitimacy. Arthur too was born to a British subject, but hid his Vermont birth records so that what questions were asked were about his possible Canadian birth. Arthur had his personal papers burned shortly before he died.

Was Kennedy involved with Soros and the very left Progressive/Marxists? Obama’s calling upon Holdren, a Marxist from Berkeley who left to take a Heinz/Kerry endowed chair at the Kennedy School concerned me because Holdren wants to force decentralized “small is beautiful” solutions on everyone. Holdren has already made almost as much money from that scam as his mentor, Paul Ehrlich - a multimillionaire for having written some of the most ridiculously wrong books about coming disaster, like “The Population Bomb,” every written. For that Ehrlich, like Holdren after him won all sorts of commendations and prizes, not unlike Obama’s Nobel. Of course, Holdren’s unwritten goal is a Marxist society If Kennedy too wanted the end of capitalism, I never realized it?

A lot of people are excited about Cain, but do you really think this 67-year-old man will be electable? You can throw away the youth vote and the women’s vote. I know women that would not vote for McCain because he was “an old man.” They didn’t even consider him.

BTW: Trump is only a couple months younger than Cain, but he would have a better chance because he is well-known and he’s sexy in a way.

Thanks Charlie72. I have never heard about a Mar 12 meeting, and probably wouldn't have believed it then. But now, it sounds credible. Having heard Robert Brennan speak, including his clear, if not perfect, Arabic while speaking to an audience at Columbia, knowing he is an ardent Arabist and anti-zionist, fits. Hiding most all of Obama’s history sounds like masterful spycraft. Brennan's liutenant Quarles was arrested for "cauterizing" Obama's passport files, files located in State Department offices in Washington. Then Liutenant Quarles, supposedly cooperting the the Justice Department, was killed - shot in the head while sitting his car in front of his church. Brennan was deputy CIA Director for quite a while. Even the recent celebrity Michael Scheuer is clearly hostile to Israel. Intelligence agencies are useless if their activities are public, but that also makes them dangerous. The U.S. has far too many of them, some 19, competing with each other for funds and more responsibility. I see no solution other than fierce congressional oversight. We can only print money for so long!

The little talk by 90 year old Percy Sutton, Malcolm X' former personal attorney and a NY Assemblyman, boasting about the call he got from Khalid al-Mansour, representing Whalid bin-Talaal, major News Corp (Fox and WSJ), Apple, Cisco, Citibank stockholder, and asking for help getting Obama into Harvard Law rang memory bells. Khalid al-Mansour, when he called himself Don Warden, had a radio program on Saturday Mornings in Berkeley California. While working (a Berkeley Student) I often left him on because his grasp of an alternative history was fascinating to a naive mathematician. In those days killing all white women and babies was not much more outrageous than killing “pigs.&rdquo, and would leave more Islamic warriors alive to carry on the cleansing; Mansour boasted later (in one of his YouTube diatribes) of having met Barry at Occidental. Mansour was better known for recruiting Wahhabi converts in prisons.

About that time Warden's future employer, Whalid bin-Talal, was attending Menlo College, across the San Fran Bay. Warden was there getting a law degree, from either Hastings or Boalt. Warden was also one of the original founders of the Black Panthers, and clearly one of their brightest theoreticians. The connection with Obama was probably made around 1980, though it wouldn't surprise to learn that Marshall Davis had made the connection long before.

Bottom line, Percy Sutton may have been indiscreet, but he was an icon in the black political community, a former Army Air Force pilot and lawyer, and had no reason to lie. Bin-Talal created a new Islamic center at Harvard Divinity School, and donated some twenty millions to Harvard about the time Obama attended. Your scenario fits the patchwork of which I have some direct I've experience.

What doesn't fit is that the Saudi Family is sensibly afraid of both Shia Iran, close to nuclear capable, and of the Islamic sects they have funded, providing soldiers for Al Qaeda and the Taliban, who now, guided by Osama bin-Ladin, want to kill them all. Whether or not we believe the Saudis are moving closer to China, turning Egypt, Libya, Syria, Sudan, Lebanon, Algeria, Morocco, over to the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda does not seem to be in their interest. At this stage, I trust the Chinese more than I do Obama, Sunstein, Power, Mitchell, Brennan. While Brennan has real management experience, the others are dangerous Utopian Marxists, or like Mitchell, have Arab ties (Mitchell's mother is Lebanese). Were I a born and resident Saudi, I would negotiate with the China too. But very little reported by our media is trustworthy. China does need the oil. The Israelis are getting closer and closer to India, a wise move, because India and Israel know how to use and appreciate human resources, and both are enemies to the Caliphate.

So who is Obama working for - certainly there is no allegiance to the U.S. Constitution or American interests? Obama is the poster boy for our framers who stipulated that a president be born of parents with sole allegiance to our nation and its Constitution, the more important of the two criteria for a natural born Citizen. We appear to have been too dumbed down by public education and a corrupt media to have a citizenry capable of understanding the importance of a nation built upon laws, and are probably headed to a military dictatorship.

The military recently declared the president out of the chain of command when the Army doctor, Col. Lakin, asked for verification that his orders had come from an eligible commander in chief. It isn't obvious that we are not already under a military dictatorship. Previously, officers swore to respect and defend the Constitution. Dr. Lakin was informed that this was not a question he had a right to ask, though he did so with rigorous observance of his chain of command. He was informed by the JAG judge that his orders originated in the Pentagon, not from the Commander in Chief, as stipulated by the Constitution - and is in Leavenworth for respecting his oath to the Constitution.

Dr. Lakin may have been the canary in the mine. Most shrugged off the little covered trial in which Dr. Lakin, a much decorated Army surgeon, was not permitted to defend himself. If we already are a dictatorship, there will be more obvious evidence coming, such as more wars than we can possible prosecute. I hope I am wrong. Freedom will prevail again though perhaps not in my lifetime. We have come to take it for granted, and may have to fight again to regain what we are losing. Meanwhile, younger countries, like China, India, and perhaps Brazil, appear to be moving toward more freedoms. They will hopefully learn from our mistakes.

We need to ask Donald Trump to confront the RNC and tell the RNC to address the issue of Obama's eligibility and birth certificate.

If the RNC does not address the issue, and runs away from it, then ? donors should stop giving their money to the RNC.

YOU HEAR THAT Donald Trump ? force the RNC to address the issue.

Thank you for your posting. I never realized that SR 511 included the outrageous falsehood “..previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President..”

Here's a link to the text of SR 511 that shows the level of abject duplicity by our elected representatives.
http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=sr110-511

I have long believed that conceding to the Obama eligibility scam by the Republican elites can be fully explained by their need to protect potential future candidates like Marco Rubio, Bobby Jindal, and Nikki Hailey who may have the same NBC problem of non-citizen parents that Obama has. At least these three can come up with a certified birth certificate from within the United States. Now the pubbie power-players are desperate to keep their roles as enablers and apologists for Obama from the spotlight as the eligibility rock is overturned.
