The last time they were pushed to the brink of subsistence (in their mind, embargos of steel exports from the US and lack of food stuffs from other Asian locales, etc.), they got down and dirty and wreaked havoc for years....

That said, I'd rather have the ENTIRE Japanese population relocated here than the illegals we've been allowing to fester here for DECADES.....I'd say that's a good trade, myself....

I do not think that is even a remotely possible option. This radioactive mess cannot be capped with concrete so I guess the reactors will remain leaking into the sea and open air for the time being. Or for many years ___ ?
