A Giants fan was murdered in the Dodger Stadium parking lot a couple years ago. You don’t see the gang element at AT&T Park. The crowd there is suburban and gentrified. The park stops selling beer in the 7th inning. Also, the parking lot is only 5,000 spaces, expensive, and mainly limited to season ticket holders. Most fans arrive by public transportation or park blocks away. You can’t make a quick getaway at AT&T Park. There is a strong security presence inside and around the park. AT&T Park is a first-class, fan-friendly operation.

Yes, I've been there and what you say is true for the most part. But it would still be dangerous to wear a Dodgers Hat or Jacket @ AT&T Park.
