White House Gas Pains By Neil Munro - The Daily Caller 1:06 AM 04/05/2011

White House officials are scheduling two more out-of-town trips this week to showcase the President’s energy strategy, possibly marking an uptick in concern about the political impact of rising gas prices.

The Wednesday trip to Philadelphia and the Friday trip to Indianapolis will allow President Obama to continue “speaking directly with Americans about his long-term plan to protect consumers against rising oil prices and decrease oil imports,” said press secretary Jay Carney.

I think the kiddies are in charge

Go to a Spanish Wind Company while gas is at 3.70 and 1.78 when you came to office.

Keep being so stupid.

“........his long-term plan to protect consumers against rising oil prices and decrease oil imports,”.....”

Is part of the Leftist plan that Obama represents, not “we the people”, or our Constitutional Republic to tear this country down to Third World status, and bring us uppity, freedom loving Americans in line for subjugation to the New World Order with the UN as the World Governing Body.

He really is transparent.

Unless we revert to the days of the horse and buggy and discard the gains of the industrial revolution, we'll always need oil, gas and electric IN GREATER AMOUNTS as the population grows.

Efficiency has a limit.

I have an idea...Give all the congressional reps bicycles for use in and around DC. Lower the heat in the Chambers to 68. Let them grow their own food behind the Chamber House.

“possibly marking an uptick in concern about the political impact of rising gas prices.”

so he possibly might be thinking about rising gas prices but only with respect to how it affects him?

Let’s really save gas and ground Air Force One. This empty suit has wasted more time and energy on his faux energy and education speeches across the nation, which makes the taxpayers pick up his profligate travel expense, when in reality they are campaign trips for his re-election that should be paid for from his campaign slush fund.

With the enormous amount of natural gas available in the US, it is silly, IMHO, to be focusing on wind power. If Obozo really wanted to be progressive in his thinking, he’d be exploring ways to outfit over-the-road trucks with natural gas instead of diesel. This would save millions of dollars of imported crude. Even the suggestion of synchronizing all traffic lights in major cities would save a lot. These people aren’t really interested in effective energy policy, they are only interested in turning this country into a 3rd world, submissive state to the New World Order. They have been exposed. We know what they are.

That dismissive statement he made in Philly yesterday...high prices are here to stay, get used to it...has to have his political team buying Maalox in the 55 gal. drum size today.

Barry just shot himself in both feet and the a*s, cementing his reputation as the Second Coming of Jimmy Carter.
