Trying to locate a copy of the actual agreement which was signed on a yacht off of Rio would be impossible. What gave the signatures binding authority? Nothing except that Bush was our President. Congress never ratified it. The US and the rest of the world certainly is moving ASAP in the direction of a NWO. Actions are what to be looking for, not a picture of a piece of paper.
