Who was the loser, Obama or Boehner, that said: "This is the best deal we could get out of them"

Coming out of a deal, this is a losing statement. We'll know who lost by who uttered those words.

The American people are just angrier than ever. Reid is the real loser. He is heading the Fail party. I hope they keep him in charge. What a disgrace.

Actually...I think he was being very modest. From what I am hearing about the details...the dims lost this battle. Doug Schoen admitted that it was a bad night for Reid and Obama. When you add up all the billions originally taken out during the CR's...and now...this is less than the dims would have passed in their 2011 budget...had they done their job.

And as far as 2012 is concerned...The Ryan plan isn't good enough. Must do better.

Another silver lining here is that all the hyperventilating about the Republican budget by the Democrats - lies really - and all their claims about Republicans wanting to shut down the govt ... POOF ... gone up in smoke.

Without the shutdown, the poor media wont have sob stories to tell to make this the story of the month... so people will realize ‘oh, it was all a bunch of politics’

The Democrats come out of this looking like smallminded, petty, partisan squabblers who cannot bring themselves to act or spend responsibly (*) ... of course, the media might cover that up, but I certainly was getting very ticked off about the Democrat lies.

(*) Just like the fleebaggers in Wisconsin. The Democrats are trying to ramp up the partisanship and emotion and they are justin coming off looking like liars and fools.

Well, Boehner said it, but House Speaker against the president and Senate is not an equal contest, let's face it.

Tomorrow is another day.

From pro-life conservative, Jordon Sekulow, on Twitter:

“DC abortion ban, 38.5 billion cuts, and guaranteed votes in Senate on defunding Planned Parenthood and ObamaCare are all #budget victories”

AND

“Two wins for life in new budget details - 1) DC abortion ban 2) standalone vote in Senate on defunding Planned Parenthood”

Compare the first term of Ronald Reagan, a mirror image of today's configuration. Then, we had a republican president and senate, with a democrat House. Reagan won a major victory of tax reform. He cleaned the rat clock, which later of course was partially sabotaged by the lying unethical slimeball drunk Tip ONeill.

The point is, for a House Speaker to gain ground against an opposition Senate and President, is a remarkable feat. The vaunted Tip ONeill couldn't do it. Boehner did. Give him his due credit.

I just sent an email to my rep. Kansas elected folks are going to quickly become known as folks who don’t fight and are just reliable votes for whatever hairless compromises the Democrats tell them they can have. Trust me, Jerry Moran and Mike Pompeo do not represent the folks who voted for them who have hair on their loins. I told Pompeo to do something so that his website has more to champion than leading the pledge of allegiance in the House and doing a resolution about local college basketball success.
