I agree with Levin. We are at a point where these insignificant 'cuts' are meaningless.
Question for you though, Larry: As an historian, how would you interpret the 'national mood' if Obama is reelected? Especially if he is awarded another term over a conservative opponent, (Palin or Bachmann).
