You don't even understand paranoia, do you? You demonstrate a typical ignorance, and try to cover it with "science". FYI, most "studies" are commissioned to find a desired result... and the drug warriors are trying to justify their existence.
I have already addressed all the questions necessary! You sound like a lonely guy on a saturday night stirring the "pot" to get some action! Why do you have such interest in the American system, if you are an Aussie? Are you just here on the dole and worried that there may not be enough for you? Take your authoritarianism back to the Outback. America was founded on Liberty - PERSONAL LIBERTY! It's only the statists that wish to control the behavior of others with anecdotal evidence.

Over on this thread he is pushing the decision of an activist judge who has found a new penumbra in the Constitution.
District Judge rules state medical marijuana rules unconstitutional In an order denying a motion to dismiss a possession of marijuana case, Judge Mark Somers wrote, This court finds that in consequence of the lawful designation of marijuana as a Schedule I narcotic under the Controlled Substances Act, the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act is rendered unconstitutional and void in its entirety by operation of the Supremacy Clause of the United States Constitution.
We're not dealing with a conservative Constitutionalist here.

It is about the time of night that the drug warriors start the heavy misspellings, weird grammar and then just drop out altogether. ;^)

In other news, it's always 4:20 somewhere...
BILOXI -- Traffic on U.S. 90 has been bumper-to-bumper for more than an hour as of 4:20 p.m., due to the many pedestrians and motorists along the beach.

Just like the videos of the cops all standing around the pot bonfires, “to make sure it doesn’t get out of hand”.

Just so I get this right..... you want to steal the money someone has paid into social security their whole work life because they smoke a little weed?
Me thinks you have been watching too many reruns of Reefer Madness.

Scientists from Ohio State University report that marijuana, contrary to the conventional wisdom, may help ward off Alzheimers and keep recall sharp.I'm going to have to show that article to my Mom. For about 35 years, right up until about the time she started showing signs of dementia, she would send me articles about the dangers of pot. I keep telling her a little bit wouldn't hurt her.
