The vote in the UN Security Council run up for Libya was five abstentions (Rus, Chi, Ger,), and NO vetoes. Russia and China saw how they could let Zer0 hang himself, NATO (and the US), make the US and NATO the world bad guys, and look like uninvolved good guys themselves. Obama's been had AGAIN.
