This is what we know so far. We get more info on Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in 1890, had CT SSN obtained in 1976 and died in HI around 1981. There are 2 SS numbers for him and records show him dying in 2 different states: CA and HI around 1981.
The reason this is important, is because there is a similar fact pattern to Obama. Barack Obama is residing today in the White House, using CT SS number 042-68-4425, issued in CT in and around March 1977 to an elderly individual named John Paul Ludwig, who was born in 1890, who is presumed dead and whose death was either never reported to the SS administration or reported and deleted from the database by someone.

It comes back as Jean Ludwig, with the birth and death dates matching.
The SSN used by Obama is reportedly a different number, 042-68-4425
If you have proof that the -4425 number was also used by Ludwig, please provide documentation.

What’s the big deal? I can go to any park in Central Los Angeles and get any social security number I want. With that number I can get welfare, food stamps, in state tuition, a driver’s license, state medicaid, and any various government handout. Why shouldn’t I be president?

Why was a man born in 1890 given an SSN in the 1970s? It must have been re-issued. And if it was re-issued, yes, than he probably did have another SSN earlier. The 26 one is consistent with somone getting issued an SSN when they first came out in the 1930s. So the “disproof” is explained away, but now youy have to be credible on all these assertions, any one of which someone can be suspicious of.

You can thank Jimmy Carter for that one, he signed into law The Social Security law that made it mandatory for all Americans to pay into the social security program.

Here is what you have to think about. To get one SS# through a federal data base through fraud is one thing. But if you are able to get multiple and during the time you are needing them, then something is up. This street punk had connections to do it. High up connections for access to data bases.

Also in 1977, new rules were put into effect regarding medicare requiring a SS number. Also, if any member of a household was receiving welfare benefits, ALL members of the household had to have a SS number and that had to be reported on the application for welfare benefits. This person born in 1890 may not have ever needed a SS number until then. If it was a female, she may have never worked. If it was a male, he may have worked for the Federal government or have been a railroad worker ( neither needed a social security number )
