There are many unemployed people out there for every available job today. Why should we hide or camouflage a criminal or his record from a perspective employer.
Sorry, when they do the crime there is always a price to pay. Some of that price a criminal must pay is over and above what the court orders. If you steal money you are a thief for life. That title does not go away after you serve a few months in jail. A known thief will never get a chance to steal from me if I can help it. The simple fact is that those people who have been caught and convicted for committing a criminal act will pay in the future for what they have done in the past. Why do criminals think they should get a "front of the line pass" in life. Not from me.

That’s fine then. When they go back and commit more crimes because they can’t feed themselves, much less their families, don’t blame it all on them, because it won’t be totally their fault.
I never said they should get a “front of the line pass” either, but if they have no line at all to stand in, what do you expect them to do?
So much for this being a country where a person can get a second chance...
