Kagan’s government money grab
Washington Times ^ | 4/12/11 | Editorial

Winn involved a tuition tax credit whereby Arizonans can contribute to groups providing scholarships for private schools. Some cranks argued that because the scholarships can be used at religious schools,

What do you mean liberal assumption, it seems that we have more than a smoking gun proof that most of the republicans feel the same way, they just want to spend a little less. Damn the so called Mr tarp Ryans budget increases spending for twenty five years.

“When President Obama outlines his tax-increase plan on Wednesday, it’ll be based on the liberal assumption that all money belongs to the government, with Americans retaining only what bureaucrats allow.”

That is, the argument first advanced by Marx/Lenin/Trotsky, otherwise known as State Socialism, but in reality a euphemism for oligarchical communism.

Ironic that, after fighting the Cold War for many decades, pouring our national treasure and countless lives into the struggle, and watching the former Soviet Union, as well as Communist China, move in the direction of capitalism, our leaders have embraced the World Communist Movement, albeit long after it became terminally moribund elsewhere.

The American motto seems to be, “First win the war, then surrender.”

At present, Anthony Kennedy is the only thing standing between us and a totalitarian regime.

Frightening.

That is also the legal definition of money in U.S. Tax Court. No joke - under the I.R.S. Code, taxpayers own no money - zero, zip, nada. The foundation of the argument that is used to support the income tax is that all of "your" money is the governments, and they "let" you have a certain amount of it back, after they keep part. That's the law - or at least the government's interpretation of the law that you will face if you go to tax court. Kagen is merely letting the cat out of the bag.

So Kagan, former head of the Harvard Law School and appointed by Obama, is a flaming Socialist. Whodathunkit?

The Kagan & Sotomayor hearings were farces worthy of Saturday Night Live. I recall in particular the Bull Dyke dodging a question on whether the government can order citizens to eat three veggies a day.

true dat! Culture shift. The days of aspiring to become a ‘self made man of means’ disappeared. We’re spoiled by our own ‘earned success’.
