Following through on Al Gore's green authoritarianism to a level of oppression that Joseph Stalin never thought of brings us to the realm of Bolivia's socialist strongman Evo Morales, a colleague of Hugo Chavez and the Castro Bros. Thanks to the pernicious, insidious, and likeminded United Nations, his flaky pre-Columbian brand of eco-totalitarianism may be going global:
Bolivia will this month [present] a draft United Nations treaty giving "Mother Earth" the same rights as humans having just passed a domestic law that does the same for bugs, trees and all other natural things in the South American country.

A thread last night that is relevant to this thread:
Bolivia enshrines natural world’s rights with equal status for Mother Earth
My post to that thread last night:
“SHEESH!
Seems to me I read some articles in the past that implied this idiocy of Bolivias is what some action in the works is supposed to produce out of the UN sometime in the future.
On the basis of what I recall of the articles this could be a test of that forthcoming UN action.
I wouldnt doubt it as it seems all the off the wall Leftist nonsense is coming about during this period of time there is no adult supervision.”
The intent would never be to give Mother Earth the same rights as humans, but to make human beings equivalent to a commodity such as coal, lumber, or wheat. The United Nations has become the primary instrument for the promotion and perpetuation of oligarchies.
It's about lowering human beings to the level of animals.
That makes the final solution to the inconvenient-human problem no different than exterminating termites.
“The United Nations has become the primary instrument for the promotion and perpetuation of oligarchies.”
Another of many quality reasons the United States should withdraw membership in the United Nations, and cease funding their activities for any reason whatsoever.
Amen.
