In the 6AM segment of Fox and Friends this morning, Andrea Tantaros and Juan Williams were "debating" Obama's "run it up the campaign trail flag pole" budget speech.
Juan's lament: ******If medical reforms are sent to the states to manage, people will suffer!*****
Now Juan, I must ask you (because no one else did)-- Do you believe that the federal government is more "compassionate" than state and local governments? What makes you believe this? Give examples.
You are spinning a big fat storyline for President Obama and (especially after your last appearance on Fox Sunday, where you and Mara were beside yourselves defending the president's indefensible position on the "shutdown") your nose will be much, much longer the next time you appear on the screen.
The only reason the federal government wants to "buy-in" to any program is so that they can grow it and run it (us). One good example: Education!
The Federal government isn't "for" anything but its own growth and power.
Apparently, he also does not realize that the feds turn Medicaid over to the states to process and manage claims for care already.
Juan can make sense one minute but the next 59 minutes are fuzzy.
Sorry; I just don’t think JW has had anything worthwhile to say regardless of his skin color or the content of his character.
Check out the IPAB - the real Death Panel.
Juan Williams said he is nervous when people of Middle Eastern descent board a plane dressed in traditional garb.
IPAB: “.......Obama says he wants to strengthen the Independent Payment Advisory Board. This is the 15-member board created by the Affordable Care Act and charged with keeping the growth in Medicare spending to per capita GDP plus 1% beginning in 2018. The board, serving paid 6-year terms, would be appointed by the President, in consultation with Congress and with the consent of the Senate, but essentially, IPAB takes the duty of cutting Medicare reimbursement out of Congress’s hands......”
Well, isn’t that special.....
Juan earns his two million by being pro Kenyan.
It’s amusing when Brit Hume devastates him.
I want to grow up to be a real Fox News Contributor!
OK, I’ll give him that exception.
In general, I don’t find his commentary deeply thought out. He has a way of saying 2 things that *almost* make sense, that *almost* give me the impression that he has a rational notion of things unmassaged by his liberal ideology, but then he says something totally goofball. Which leaves me with the impression that he 5/8ths or 2/3rds makes sense. And I can’t devote the synapses to trying to understand someone who 2/3rds makes sense. I have so few left. And I lose a few every time I go to the toilet!
Juan!
Williams sorry ass was saved by Fox due to his Firing by NPR .
Any comments criticizing Obama or any of Obama’s Giveaway Programs are met with a strong response from Williams usually without any Logic. Williams is so racially motivated to protect the “Dark Lord”, he defies Reason.
He never changes.
Sorry, Juan has no credibility anymore. Ever since he was canned by NPR he has gone off the Left end of the dock. He used to be more thoughtful and measured in his commentaries. No more. It’s all Pbama support all the time. I don’t listen to his comments anymore. I already know what he will say.
What it tells me is that he knows the truth but he just can’t let go of being a mouthpiece for the Left.
We all know people like this. They have voted Democrat all their lives and come hell or high water they will never be convinced, or find it in themselves to admit, that the Democratic Party has become the CPA, or that the Democrat Party has destroyed the black family.
To think that many of us FReepers actually felt bad about that jerk getting fired by NPR!
Sentimentality will be the death of us all.

..........................................................
He and every black who voted for the Messiah never will change either.
Race is their driving force.
Perhaps he was added to Fox for that very reason, apart from Rupert doing a little knife twist into NPR by grabbing a “known name”.
I’m not that confident he knows the truth, at least as we believe the truth to be. Regardless, he just doesn’t assemble his thoughts and his comments in a way that motivates me to take him seriously or to spend the effort to try to make sense out his commentary. It’s different from liberals such as Randi Rhodes or Norman Goldman, who I sometimes listen to late at night when George Noory has someone on who I find even more nonsensical. Those two, and plenty of others, just push my “nonsense” button after a dozen syllables.
Let’s face it . Juan Williams isn’t a Fox News contributor because of his superior knowledge or intelligence.
He is their black token. Every company, every TV show, Every commercial has to have one. Juan is Fox’s. No one actually pays any attention to anything Juan says.
I don't believe that federal government is more compassionate than state and local government, but I can easily see where someone like Juan might think so. You see, the country has a history of states using the excuse of "states' rights" to trample people's constitutional rights, and in at least two noteworthy instances the federal government was obliged to step in and set things right. It's a shame, because we have entire generations of black Americans believing that only through the federal government can their rights be preserved.
LOL!
