MADISON, Wis (Reuters) - Officials in Wisconsin's largest county said on Thursday they would meet the deadline for finishing their review of the local vote in last week's state Supreme Court race, an election widely seen as a referendum on Republican efforts to curb public sector unions.
The end of the county reviews would set the stage for either candidate in the closely watched contest to demand a recount

The Dems have no shortages when it comes to corruption.
Milwaukee is saying “Please, Please we want to be just like Detroit”. They are certifiable ...
Did some more digging - Milwaukee county has about 580K registered voters, so 50K theoretical new votes would mean jacking up the voter turnout by about 9%. That also would be hard to pull off believably.
And we’re all supposed to sit back and accept the fraud, because Democrats are doing it.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff is a conservative democrat. So much so that in 2000, he spoke at a rally organized by Freepers.
He’s an African-American Tea party guy who runs as a democrat because that’s what gets elected in Milwaukee.
He could be the Allen West of Wisconsin if he wanted.
You can bet those commie union bastards are a bunch of busy little beavers right now. The commies aren’t giving this one up easy. Their whole communist way of life is riding on that scumbag Kloppy sitting on that “court”.
Apparently they’re busy creating the circumstances needed for a recount right now.
They are “late” because they are stalling to allow the recount procedures to be delayed so they have more time to keep the recount clock from striking midnight.
So, canvassing in Waukesha County is done a week before Milwaukee and WHO is getting grief?
I wish I could vote for him. Milwaukee’s lucky to have him.
Only 7001 new ballots.
You mean, for a free (state-paid) recount.
Big enough to manufacture the necessary votes? Just a guess.

2 or 3 % is what is needed to beat the Democrat Fraud.
There will not be a revote, anywhere. I don’t even think there will be a statewide recount. There would be no chance of success for the libs. I could see them wanting to recount Waukesha, to which I say, “Let them at it. It’s the most conservative county in the state.”
At one time the Carlson district in Indianapolis had to have 110% of the registered voters participate to pull off the RAT win. We passed voter ID shortly after.
That’s considering they have any desire to look legitimate. I don’t they care (”Oh, those billing records just appeared on the table! How about THAT!”). In their teeny minds, if WE don’t like it, (blank) US.
And the media will support them.
... oops make that “I don’t THINK they care”...
[left out a word, above].
People were reporting in one of the precincts that they were told they ran out of ballots and the poll worker made copies and told the people to fill them out. however, the copies weren’t legal, so the people were told that the clerk would fill them out for them later when they got new ballots. this happened on 108th and villard in milwaukee.
I believe the real problem is that the dems want to drag this out as long as possible so that it runs in to the recall elections on the republican senators.
These people are scum; and will do ANYTHING to win. The ends justify the means.
I am driving two hours to Madison tonight. I will be at the Tea Party with Sarah Palin. As an added bonus, I will be going to the opening of “Atlas Shrugged” tonight in Madtown. Now, THAT should be interesting! What a great weekend. woo hoo!
I smell a rat in the delay in reporting results. This election was no big deal for the election offices. The only reason for this unreasonable delay is an attempt to steal the election. As usual, the rats are last to report providing the opportunity to report just enough votes to win. This last day reporting will obviate any possibility of examining the certification process.
You sound like you are in Wisconsin. I hope all goes well for the folks in that State. My stste, California, is gone.
If that comes up NOW to muck up the works, then it’s a contrived story, plain and simple.
Robert Spindell, the lone Republican on the three-member panel, angrily accused majority Democrats of trying to muzzle him, while the two Democratic commissioners insisted they were trying to prevent chaos from individual commissioners "going rogue."
Is the certification completed yet, as of April 15, at 2:20 pm CT? Geez, the demturds have been stringing this out for the past 10 days, since the election on April 5. Aren’t there any Repubs willing to scream & holler about this delay, and to file lawsuits against Milwaukee county, for obstruction & delays of the voting process?
Well, most of us are enjoying Kloppenclod twisting in the wind.
“Tons of fraud being reported already.”
Ugh. This will be Alaska times 100...UGH!

“Its going to take a lot to overcome Prossers 7000 vote lead.”
The libs are pros at theft and cheating. A 7000 vote lead is nothing to them. They can make that up “finding” one box of votes that accidentally got hidden in grandmas knitting kit. I have no doubt whatsoever kloppenberg will win the recount.
In a number of places, posters have outlined the meager changes that have resulted from recounts in Wisconsin. In no case, has the change ever been in triple digits. This lead is too big to overcome with a recount. History and the facts are not on their side.
