My wifes sister took over her mothers finaces after she had a major stroke leaving her incompetent.
My wifes sister robbed her mother of 3/4 million, left the pathetic old vegetable in debt for another 3/4 million, and in those several years never filed a tax return for her victim.
But it is all legal.
