Trump isn’t going to lose the GOP nomination if he runs.
He’s the brightest candle in the room right now and will outshine the others. As someone noted yesterday, a large segment of the population has lost faith in traditional politicians. The timing is right for a Trump.
He’s 100x more media savvy than Ross Perot ever was.

We’ve been working hard in Wisconsin the last year to turn this into a Red State. And we’ve done it just fine without Caribou Barbie gracing us with her presence.
Unlike a number of other areas of the country, Palin doesn’t poll well here among conservatives. Scott Walker and Paul Ryan are doing just fine for us on a substantive basis.
The focus here, IN WISCONSIN, now needs to be on the local ground game fending off the dem recall challenges and at the same time trying to recall the three most vulnerable dem pols in Wirch, Holperin and Hansen.
We need to let the radicals in Madison calm down and get back to work rather than antagonize them.

At least as of today, we're still a free country and Gov Palin is free to go anywhere that she chooses without your permission or consent.
