I notice it says the IDF nabbed them. This incident happened in a Palestinian territory, the West Bank. Why is the IDF investigating murders there? Who will try the murderers? Israel? What is their authority there? They admit this was not a sanctioned attack nor are the perpetrators tied to a terrorist group so such justifications are off the table. This was fundamentally a multiple homicide even if it may warrant a "hate crime" enhancement if under U.S. law.

Israel should have removed all 120+ of its illegal "settlements" from the occupied territories. These homicides took place in one of those "settlements."

If a family of illegal aliens, let's call them "Mexican settlers," were murdered in the United States you would not expect Mexico to ride into the U.S., conduct the investigation, arrest the perps or anything like that. You'd expect the U.S. would solve the crime and mete out justice under our laws since the crime happened here.
