Obama continues Easter outreach

President Barack Obama Tuesday morning continues a Holy Week tradition that has helped him develop relationships with some of America’s most high-profile Christian leaders — an Easter Prayer Breakfast at the White House.

More than 100 Christian leaders of different denominations and political persuasions are expected, according to a White House official.

But the gathering, the first of which took place last Easter, also allows a president whose faith is at times questioned the opportunity to worship with an array of bold-faced names in the Christian community.

Maybe he can make a speech in which he notes that the redemptive power of Christ’s sufferings on the cross are reflected today in Muslims’ struggle for acceptance and toleration in the world.

Obama’s re-election will conclusively prove that it is possible to elect a ham sandwich as president in this country,

Obama is just baiting the lib “Christian” dhimmis. His real outreach: Convert, die, or be enslaved by his one true god, Allah. Allahu FUBAR, Barry!

And all these so called religious leaders ought to be hanging their head in shame for legitimizing this America hating evildoer.

A Catholic Nun? One of the Nuns that was arrested at Notre dame for praying The Holy Rosary? No, not that Nun? Don’t tell me. It’s the pro-choice nun from ObamaCare.

Is the GOP capable of nominating a ham sandwich? I’d vote for it.

Seeing Obama surrounded by patriots or Christians does nothing for me.

Luke 4 says:

"And Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit in the wilderness
for forty days, being tempted by the devil. And he ate nothing during those days. And when they were ended, he was hungry.
The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.”
And Jesus answered him, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone.’”
And the devil took him up and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time,
and said to him, “To you I will give all this authority and their glory, for it has been delivered to me, and I give it to whom I will.
If you, then, will worship me, it will all be yours.”
And Jesus answered him, “It is written,

“‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.’”

And he took him to Jerusalem and set him on the pinnacle of the temple and said to him, “If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down from here,
for it is written,

“‘He will command his angels concerning you, to guard you,’

and

“‘On their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone.’”

And Jesus answered him, “It is said, ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’”
And when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from him until an opportune time.

Jesus Himself associated with Obama's role model, but that didn't make Satan trustworthy, and associating with Christians for a brief annual photo op does not make Obama trustworthy. While I don't believe Obama is smart enough to be the anti-Christ (a scary thought when I consider how many people Obama has deceived), his efforts to destroy America make it perfectly clear which side he is on, regardless of brief moments in which he pretends otherwise.

Note: Does anyone think it would be news if Sarah Palin met with a group of Christian leaders - except s proof of her "extremism"? It's news when Obama meets with Christians only because he despises those of us who cling to God.

The definition of “Christian” does require us to reach out to those who don’t believe and with whom we disagree. Jerry Falwell reaching out to Larry Flynt after their battles and Pope John Paul II going to the prison to forgive the man who shot him are two examples which come to mind.

“Obama continues Easter outreach”
Kind of like Roman soldiers did at Mount Calvary.
