Did you catch what was said at the end of the hearing? The TSA actually refused to attend the hearing. Can you believe the arrogance. They don’t even report to congress. But of course! They only have to answer to "The Won"...

TSA procedures are a violation of the Fourth Ammendment. Their choice is between violating the Constitution and profiling.
