Not guilty pleas have been entered for a Wisconsin woman charged with making death threats to Republican state lawmakers.

Her penalty so far is not going on the internet, but not during work related, or going to the capitol. Sigh.....
She has never been arrested despite the fact that she has been charged with 2 felonies. No arrest, no bail. Yes, Madison courts are that liberal.
Either that or the local DA will drop the charges like happened with the Black Panther intimidation case.
“She’s going down.”
I doubt that she will be convicted of any serious crime. I forsee some novel defenses including the evil governor made me do it, protected speech according to the 1974 USC court case, right to overthrow an illegitimate government, and speech clause in labor agreement. If all else fails, jury nullification should work.
From the looks of her, the Twinkie defense might work too.
The Wisconsin court is packed with radical leftists (see judge Sumi).
I’m guessing this woman will walk.
