That's her right to do so, but the prosecution has the emails and her IP address; She's going down. Watch for a deal to be cut for a reduced sentence before the trial is over.

Her penalty so far is not going on the internet, but not during work related, or going to the capitol. Sigh.....

She has never been arrested despite the fact that she has been charged with 2 felonies. No arrest, no bail. Yes, Madison courts are that liberal.

Either that or the local DA will drop the charges like happened with the Black Panther intimidation case.

I doubt that she will be convicted of any serious crime. I forsee some novel defenses including the evil governor made me do it, protected speech according to the 1974 USC court case, right to overthrow an illegitimate government, and speech clause in labor agreement. If all else fails, jury nullification should work.
