What do we know of the Commander In Chief of the most transparent Regime in our nation’s history? Not much.
In 1967, Barack Obama attended Noelini Elementary School on Hawaii’s Oahu. Citizens must submit a birth certificate to register, foreign students a visa or passport. No records of Obama have been released and school officials refuse to answer questions.
From 5th grade through the finish of high school Obama attended the exclusive and expensive Punahou School in Honolulu, reportedly the recipient of a scholarship. No financial records or explanation of his scholarship have ever been released.
In 1979 Obama enrolled in Occidental College in L.A., also under scholarship. As scholarships were generally awarded only to foreign students, suit was brought by the U.S. Justice Foundation’ Gary Kreep, demanding Obama’s financial and attendance records from the school as they could have revealed his citizenship status and therefore his eligibility to serve as President. The school contacted Obama’s attorneys and the suit was dismissed in court.

its a mess. i am thinking Obama has more than one ID in order to quailfy for different gov. cash and school programs. his family was in the business of draining gov grants and cash so its resonable that he went that route. Not sure who he is or if he even knows. Looking more like malcom x every day.
Maybe George Allen can get back in the game by taking up this issue. We need someone besides Trump, who has already exhausted his talking points and no longer is advancing.

Fact Number One
Congress is REQUIRED to ensure that the President elect is eligible for the office or they must name a replacement if the Vice President elect is also ineligible. (Twentieth Amendment, section three)
”3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”
Fact Number Two
The burden of proof is on the President elect to prove eligibility. The sequence of words from section three stating "if the President elect shall have failed" is describing an action by the "President elect" that he failed at.
Fact Number Three
The eligibility requirements in Article Two, section one clearly state that NO PERSON who fails to meet the eligibility requirements can serve as President. "No Person" leaves absolutely no wiggle room for anyone who might possibly fool his way into being sworn in through fraudulent representation or Congressional neglect in enforcing section three of the Twentieth amendment.
" No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.”
Fact Number Four
Since Congress must act if the President elect fails to qualify, Congress must be made aware of whether they must act or not. This means that a legal "qualification" is fully known by Congress and that there is no mystery whether someone was eligible to serve or not. That is, if that "qualification" was made.
Fact Number Five
We have mystery about the eligibility of the person currently calling himself "President". Nothing but mystery.
Fact Number Six
Since we have "mystery" this means that a "qualification" was NOT made and thus the President elect has "failed to qualify" and cannot be serving legally as President.
Fact Number Seven
"We have no birth certificate" EQUALS "We have a usurper".
Fact Number Eight
It is the duty of Congress to immediately address this issue as per section three of the Twentieth amendment or they are breaking their oath of office from Article Six to "support this Constitution".
Add up the facts and we have usurpation along with a Congress unwilling to address it.
The people have spoken in the ballot box. Obama has been sworn in. Nothing is going to reverse Obama. Get on to the next election. This is a dead end. Fogitaboudit.
He should stop complaining about how unfair this country is.
And 0bama was never baptized since his mother and grandparents were communist unitarians.

We really don't know this to be the case as it was supposedly done behind closed doors after the swearing in was botched at the Inauguration.
In addition, no "swearing in" can override language from within the Constitution itself that prohibits an ineligible person from being President.
Before reading the article, I agree 100% with the title no matter what.
That's why we need to do everything we can to make sure we get more Tea Party candidates elected to The House and Senate in 2012.

Do not give a dime to the republican party. Give all you can to people like Allen West and Michelle Bachman. DO NOT GIVE ONE PENNY TO THE GOP.
Tell all of your friends and family members, not one penny to the GOP. Give generously to Conservatives. Allen West needs to be supported, so give to him.
IF you read the article it does not address the birther issue. It’s about all of Obama’s records being withheld, an issue I wholeheartedly agree with exploring. You can be certain that when Obama wrote something it was extreme left wing.
Also, on the birth certificate story, I was astounded when a freeper posted the link to an Obama statement that his BC was destroyed in a “small house fire” which did not endanger the house and was never reported to the fire department.
That is totally bogus. Wherever you have your BC at home, I am willing to wager no one reading this article could envision it catching fire (by accident) in a way that wouldn’t involve a real house fire. My records don’t tend to catch fire in the closet or drawer they are left in. And I have been involved in countless cases where folks who didn’t want records to exist anymore claimed a fire or a flood.
Every member of Congress is guilty of either
creating this FRAUD UPON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
or guilty of misprision of a felony.
Every member of Congress is responsible for what has
happened, and what is happening.
He is not qualified to run for re-election. Two times and shame on us. I am not a birther I am a Constitutionalist. We need to document our first undocumented President.
