There is actually something vaguely resembling logic in this notion.
"Racism," in its primary definition, is defined as belief in superiority of a race (usually one's own). The claim is that while most blacks loathe, hate and despise whites, they don't believe blacks are superior. Therefore they cannot be racist.
Since they are not and cannot be racist, they are also incapable of committing a racist hate crime.
Personally I believe "racism" should include all hatred of other races, regardless of whether you believe in racial superiority or inferiority, but they haven't yet asked me to write the dictionaries.
I was in no way saying it was OK to beat the “guy”, especially the head kicking part.
They should have called the police when the guy was in the restroom and had them handle it as disturbing the peace.
Of course, that would have been the civilized thing to do, so that’s not what was done.

The racial divide grows wider each day under the Obama/Holder administration. I suppose Eric Holder will now do whatever he can to protect these two black female hoodlums. After all, they are “his people.” Just like the Black Panther representatives standing in front of the polling place in Philadelphia were. He never prosecuted them.
The racial divide begins with the Congress of the United States of America. It is called the Black Congressional Caucus. It continues with the gerrymandering of black majority congressional districts in the southern states. It also exhibits itself when southern school boards want to close schools and consolidate to reduce expenses but have to get approval from the federal courts to do so because there must be a racial reason and not an economic reason.
I pray that enough governors will finally decide that enough is enough and stand up to the feds. Yes, stand up to the point of arrest and jail if that is what it takes. But they need to began to defend their states at the state borders.

That said, I'm NOT going in a McDonalds until they teach their employees how to act in a 'beatdown' situation. Like, call the police, take the victim to a safer place... etc. etc.

It isn't 1968 - none of the girls in the beatdown were denied the right to vote - none of them went to segregated schools, none of them were denied a job based on color of their skin. One of the lame McDonald's employees was black. He didn't help - but he had a job.

You're right - and Jesse Jackson would have shown up offering to let McDonald's off the hook for a 'donation' a SIZABLE donation - to one of his organizations. Yep, there would have been shakedown money for all... and the 'press' would have covered it as a hate story. And covered it, and covered it, and covered it...

That's pretty much the root philosophy of the Nation of Islam, and one of the platforms of the New Black Panther Party. Just as white racists had their theory that blacks were inferior since they supposedly looked more like apes, they have their own theories. One is that melanin makes you superior in intelligence and other things, and whites are inferior because they don't have as much. Another theory is that blacks are the true humans as originally dark-skinned from Africa, and whites are the degenerate offshoots.

He will only go that route if the election is close and he wants to do to the country what they do in Chicago every 2 years--steal the election. If he gets crushed the way Jimmy Carter did, we can hope that he will go quietly. I still wouldn't be surprised to see rioting at the result, even if he is crushed.
