As much as I despise Jones, I despise this “jury” even more. Its a clear constitutional violation.
I'm actually speechless.
Dimmitude, get used to it.
I have heard that there are other "counter" demonstrations going on - no peace bond required there, though.
Maybe if Jones burned it at some Marine hero’s funeral and claimed the muslims were faggots then it would be ok.
Where did they find authority for this in the Constitution?
It’s a Detroit news station. At this point, be thankful it’s not in Arabic.
Would this apply to sermons by imams in the mosques that incite violence? Can they be denied the right to speak out and ask for destruction of the American constitutional rule of law by promoting Sharia law?
So you can protest at the funeral of an American Soldier but you can’t protest at a stinking filthy mosque full of filthy foreign garbage.
I don’t live in Detroit. I’m about 70 miles west thank God.
I’ll keep an eye on the local news.
Sorry. I saw the “River Raisen” signature tag, and assumed you lived in Monroe.
It’s actually the jury, judge and prosecutor that are inciting violence.
What the hell is going on in Detroit? How does a prior restraint demand even get in front of a jury in the first place.
What kind of kangaroo court is this? And why can’t WE use it against Westboro, union thugs and homo parades?
‘screw ‘em, do it anyway.
And he hasn’t even held the protest yet and he’s being arrested. Incredible.
So having a Quran and promoting sharia Law needs to be left alone (drum roll) to maintain the peace from the followers of the religion of peace?
Just watch the peace ensue...
