And they sing in honor of Barack Obama.

God knows what they are taught in history class nowadays. Probably they are taught that America is racist, sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic, bigoted, despoiler of the environment, and all the way down the list of liberal crimes against humanity.

Even those liberals who praise America as having been a force for good in the world, still can’t bring themselves to praise American exceptionalism. Even those liberals who praise America for civil rights revolutions and other social movements, still can’t resist talking about slavery and 3/5ths of a man, women not having the right to vote, and other past injustices. It’s as if they believe that, since the Founding Fathers didn’t have a 21st century politically correct conscience, that their accomplishments in creating our country must be minimized.

Blame the parents and grandparents for this blatant brainwashing of the young. Obama became a Communist because his parents and grandparents were Communists.

Not surprising at all.

It reminds me of seeing in a local elementary school signs for Earth Day done by what looked like me to be approximately second graders quoting Benjamin Franklin saying “When the well is dry, we know the worth of water.” as if he was talking about water conservation, not saying a metaphor.

I'm as disgusted as you but I don't teach that crap. I do teach about the 3/5ths rule etc. because it is history and we need to know our past. I don't dwell at length on it as we have lots of other things to cover. I tell my students that honest Abe did not free a single slave. His proclamation only freed slaves in land the Union did not control. Further in the areas that were slave holding and controled by the Union slaves were RETURNED to their masters. Most people don't know that little piece of history but my kids know it. I want them to know WHY things were done. Not static dates that they will forget in a week. Dates are important but the context of the times and the why are more important. We cannot use 21st century ideas to explain what happened hundreds of years ago. We have to put ourselves in their shoes to understand why people acted as they did. I also teach how special this country is and why they should be thankful everyday they live here.
I teach in the Deep South where we don't have unions and we can still tell the truth. (For now).
One more little tidbit I love to throw out. One of the largest slaveholders in Louisiana was black. I know the family.

Okay, so now let them do an experiment.
take away every product that is produced by big business. The books, supplies, furniture, building materials,, the clothing, etc. etc. Now when they are standing naked in an empty field lets have the teacher explain why big business is bad.

Far left teachers are now teaching first graders the “Boycott Big Business”

No problem if BOTH the teachers and children actually live by this.

First off, they're boycotting a LOT of union-made productss. Don't drive cars, ride buses or trains, board airplanes. Oh, and if they ride bicycles only buy those made at their corner Wright Brothers Bicycle shop.

Birkenstocks? Starbucks?

Electricity?

Heating oil?

Perhaps a short video explaining to the kids that their first grade teacher is there because he/she is far too stupid to be hired by any profit making companies...especially companies that actually use......SCIENCE.

So they got an education degree, joined a union so that they could continue earning a living from other people’s money...and ...

there we are.

I do want to negate a portion of my diatribe -— we all know that there are many very good teachers out there.

The problem is that those teachers are going to have to do something about their corrupt unions and the undereducated liberals contained within their group.

It’s simple logic; IF liberal, THEN fire them. They are worthless consumers of O2 and producers of CO2.

Exterminate.....exterminate.......

...they ride bicycles only buy those made at their corner Wright Brothers Bicycle shop.

...and make sure none of the Wright Brothers' suppliers are big businesses either. They better have a mini-steel mill in the backyard, mine their own iron ore and limestone. Better be growing some rubber trees for the tires, too. And manual control of those processes better be the order of the day -- no purchasing control systems from Siemens.

Parents of those kids had better be at the next school board meeting demanding heads roll, then running for that school board the next election applicable to them.

Libs own those boards, so when situations/complaints arise, they can more easily ignore them and plow ahead with the crap they want taught.

Only way the average person can affect it is from the inside.

Or put your kid in private/charter schools where stupidity like this doesn’t happen...as much. Yes, homeschooling would be best but reality dictates that isn’t possible for everyone.

Yes instead of “Big Business” we will have the state run Factory. With a real nifty 5 year plan and 6 day 12 hour work weeks. Where you get paid by how many items you produce, quality be damned, and mandatory Political classes on Sunday. Yep would be a big improvement over evil big business.

Well, their parents are going to have some problems when their kiddies
can’t find a job and they stay home depending on the welfare parents to cough up the money for those big toys all because the people who HIRE people to make MONEY are no longer there to hire them.

Well they could go to Russia or China, but I doubt they would like that freedomless lifestyle.

Ahhh, the irony....from the school’s website: “an outdoor learning lab funded by Lowe’s Toolbox for Education Grant.”

I have forwarded the Fox video over to Lowe’s Corporate HQ. I’m sure other generous “big businesses” make donations to this school that includes Walmart and other numerous “big businesses”. Time to ask the corporation to reconsider where the make their community donations.

The biggest business in America is the federal government.

And when you do business with a corporation, you get something for your money. From the government, we get some basic services, but we also increasingly get wasting of our tax dollars and violation of our rights.

We aren’t going to break the Teachers Union, not are we getting rid of The Fed, nor out of the UN, etc. These elites have poisioned this nation. As one person wrote today.
“Ya really want to do something “patriotic”? Grab a beer and a smoke… find a fine ass lady friend and plant yer ass on yer front porch… now sit and watch as whats left of this planet we call home… goes straight to hell”.

Sorry, I won’t accept defeatism, although I will accept that the time for a turnaround may not be yet.

When the whole country has finally gone to hell, really gone to hell, then there may eventually come an opportunity for revolutionary change.

Until then, I propose to dig in my heels and do what little I can to oppose and help slow the decline.

Congratulations for bucking the trend....but....

ALL government schools in this nation are socialist-funded, and collectivist-managed by the voting mob. ALL government schools in this nation, by law, are godless in their worldview.

Therefore....Simply by attending children learn to be comfortable with socialism, collectivism, and voter mob control of their lives, deaths, and even their thoughts. And....They must learn to think godlessly if they are to cooperate with the classroom instruction and assignments.

The modern socialist, collectivist, and voter mob controlled government schools were a First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination from their beginning in the mid-1800s to early 1900s. Woodrow Wilson, the federal reserve, the IRS, unions, feminism, FDR, the New Deal, and the Great Society were not accidents. Government schools made them inevitable.

If conservatives are serious about saving this nation they will work to shut down every socialist-funded, collectivist, godless, and voter mob controlled government school in this nation. They will work to see that every child has access to a private and conservative education.
