Easter Monday is traditionally African American Family Day at the National Zoo. Easter Monday has been a Washington-area multicultural tradition that spans more than 100 years.

Okay, if it's African American day, then how can it be "multicultural" at the same time?

It could be the article at the link has changed, but this is NOT in it: Easter Monday is traditionally African American Family Day at the National Zoo. Easter Monday has been a Washington-area multicultural tradition that spans more than 100 years.

And if it were, I call B.S. Show me some examples of this so-called 100-year-old tradition. Yes, please tell me, what multicultural events were going on in D.C. in 1911?

What utter crap.
