Didn’t Gov Abercrombie tell everyone this tidbit of information at a public news conference? The Gov of Hawaii started off promising that he would find the birth certificate and then said that he couldn’t, because it just wasn’t there.

I saw part of that interview last night from Anderson Cooper. I thought Cooper was being fair to him and gave him every chance to answer the questions. They were simple questions, who has your investigators talked to in Hawaii about the birth certificate. Is there an active investigation? etc... Trump would not answer anything. I’m glad that Trump is out there hammering Obama about his birth certificate, but more and more Trump is looking like a fraud.

This morning Imus has been showing clips of Shep Smith revealing that they had a copy of the "real" birth certificate last night on his show. He said that Fox news has confirmed President Obama was born in Hawaii and held up the "birth certificate" to prove it. So there it is, Shep Smith says Obammy was born in Hawaii and is a citizen of the US so we can all move on now. Thanks Sheppy and Fox News for setting the record straight.

Most of the time old records like that are microfilmed instead of/in addition to their paper records. Did a whole reel of microfilm disappear from the records? Are there no Honolulu long form certificates for the entire year 1961? Is this why Hawaii no longer produces copies of anyone's long form certificates to hide which ones are missing?
