This is very strange:

Sometimes. Here though the theory is it's only been compressed twice. Once by the original digitization, then again by whatever setting the pdf converter/printer had.
As someone who makes their living using graphic applications, I find most of these "fake doc" threads humorously entertaining......
So, what does this image tell us? I doubt anyone would go to the trouble to “white-out” that much information; info that shouldn’t need removal.
Is it that the remaining “black-ink” items were on an original layer and the white data was overlayed to complete the document?
Could this have happened at HI DHS?

That's the official name for a birth certificate.
Unless someone sent you an electronic file with a .psd extension that is supposedly Obama’s birth certificate, all this talk about layers is nonsense.
What is this supposed to be? What is with the curled page set on top of another page. That is clearly what was done. Yet all the green security paper pattern lines up? This doesn't even make sense.
How is it that the birth certificate curls into the page? And there is a stamp and signature at the bottom. What? What did Alvan T. Onaka actually sign?
This thing is such a crock it is disorienting in trying to describe it because it is so preposterous.
Also, right click and look at document properties. The pdf file was created at 12:09PM today. Not sure what that means.
The only thing I can come up with, assuming this is real, is that someone in Hawaii scanned the original, then photoshopped it onto a bigger piece of green security paper makin sure the pattern lined up, printed that creation, stamped it and had Onaka sign it, scanned that piece of paper and email the scanned image to the White House. That is the only way I can imagine the document provided could be created.
Sometimes I wish there were a thumbs up button to push.
When I un-group the PDF file I get 7 distinct boxes that I can move around.
Five contain text the other two boxes that appear blank but when I put a black square behind them the show speckled white blobs.
Plus, it’s distracting Obama; he can’t do his job, wahhh.

What these people are saying is if you scan a piece of paper into Adobe Acrobat, to create a pdf from the image, it will create a single image, kind of like a polaroid photograph.
Here, Obama claimed this is a scan of his long form. Yet when you open it in Illustrator or Photoshop, or Preflight it on Acrobat Pro, you see this is a layered image.
When you “Photoshop” an image, you lay down a base layer, Kind of like a single polaroid. When you add stuff to it, it’s like taking a snippet of another photo and laying it on top of the polaroid. The polaroid is still underneath. After you are done altering the image, what you have is a digital version of a polaroid photo with a bunch of snippets taped on top of it. You can later remove a snippet, hide it, or alter it alone, without altering the rest of the image.
When you open the file in a program, it will show this, and this BC image does. Amazingly amatuerish, and almost would reek of setting up some type of ambush, if it wasn’t so stupid.
What is signifigant here is that somebody scanned Obama’s Long form, took some snippets from it, and created a new BC from them, and it is easy to see this, digitally. When you open the file in the image editor, you can actually move the snippets around to different places, and re-edit it. If this was simply a scanned image, with a single layer, that wouldn’t be possible.
Obama may still be hiding some piece of information on the long form. He pulled the minimum needed to create this one, and excluded whatever embarrasses him. Of this is a phoney, but it would seem they’d get somebody smarter to do a phoney BC.
Or, some genius might have just transfered the long-form’s data to a photoshoped image en toto, to make it all look better, but why he would do that, instead of just releasing a simple unaltered scan of the original is beyond me.
As with everything Obama, it all is just puzzling.
His father was not an american citizen when he was born. He is not a natural born citizen, according to the laws in place at the time.
He is inelegible. But, please, continue with the nuttery about layers and kerning, etc. It is so much distraction from the fact that America is dead and the idea of a “nation of laws” is a myth.

My only ? is why it took him so long unless this was a trick played to accomplish exactly what it did.
One cannot ungroup or de layer an image that was not doctored digitally.
This has been digitally manipulated to some extent.
