I agree with you... this scares the heck out of me. Haley puts it best in the editorial:

The actions by the NLRB are nothing less than a direct assault on the 22 right-to-work states across America.

Where are the leaders of the GOP? This is a huge power grab by the federal government. It now claim the power to to tell companies what states they are allowed to do business in. And nobody cares..

GM was a publicly held company until Othuga decided to nationalize it. No business is really safe from that crowd.

“What’s Obama going to do - order GM to start building jets?”

Yes, but they will have to use corn as fuel and cannot add to global warming. The fact that they would cost 100 times as much to produce due to using union labor and “environmentally friendly” fuel wouldn’t be a problem because the Obama administration would support them with our tax dollars by making the fed into their biggest and best customer. (All with our tax dollars of course - and after being sure that he and his cohorts all invested in Boeing stock so they could make their millions once the guaranteed government contracts came about.)

Explain to me how it would be an unfair labor practice?

“The dims cannot be trusted with this country.
They are the enemy within.”

As are the “free traders” sending US industry elsewhere.

Both are evil, and destroying our nation.

"Explain to me how it would be an unfair labor practice?"

If management threatened to move as part of the negotiating process in an existing contract (agree to specific concessions or we will leave) rather than simply a decision to expand elsewhere, that would probably constitute a ULP.
