Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi on Saturday called on war with Italy, citing Italy's 'colonization' attempts.
In a speech delivered at the Libyan state TV, Gaddafi said that he could not prevent war with Italy since Libyans wanted it.
"We are already in a war with Italy since Italians kill our children in 2011 as they did in 1911, that is why I cannot forbid Libyans to defend their lives and carry the military actions on the enemy's territory," Gaddafi said.

And Hillary’s next trip will be to where??? ITALY!!!
Here’s one for you Glee. Both. Weird *hit going on in that guy’s head.

He should be calling on WAR with the Brown Clown!
Whose, Barry’s or Muammar’s?
Crazy like a fox. This invokes NATO by definition. If Lybia manages an actual op against Italy, *we* as in the US is obligated to respond if requested (as are all NATO members).
So let’s say that happens. That either put US boots on the ground or obama abrogates the NATO alliance.
Either way, Qadaffi wins.
Of course, none of that happens unless Lybia successfully attacks Italy.
Or am I wrong? I only skimmed the treaty that created NATO. And that was over a decade ago.
War is one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse; War, Pestilence, Famine and Bob.
Libya delenda est!
Well, I can understand why Obama is involved. He wants to help the Muslim terrorists take over all the Arab states.
But why on earth has Italy allowed itself to get involved? This is war in the Mediterranean, right in their neighborhood. Did they really expect to help bomb Libya and not have Libya bomb them in return? Or their ships or citizens? Is Kaddafi just supposed to take it, and never retaliate?
I certainly don’t want to see any Italians killed. But what on earth are they thinking of? And France? I know they have colonial ambitions in Chad and the Ivory Coast, but why on earth do they want to provoke and alienate Kaddafi?
Nutjob from Iran is missing.
I have a sense of doom and gloom.
World leaders all over are being ousted . Yes, some of them should be...but they have been in their place for decades.
Then they start to fall like dominoes.
Earthquakes , tornados..and now they are going to blow a levee. MAYBE. A town on the MIssissippi has told all residents to get out. Cairo, Illinois.
What happens to the New Madrid fault line if water rushes in/on it.
We need someone like Reagan so badly ..and no one is in site to fill his shoes.
Just a bunch of RINOS.
“War is one of the four horsemen of the apocalypse; War, Pestilence, Famine and Bob.”
And man o man, ya better watch out for Bob! (See new tag.)
Heads up!!!!!!!! Gaddafi’s son reported DEAD .....by military strike...heard on radio just now...anybody know about this???????
Well that certainly fits, since Libya is where Carthage was.

I read recently that France stopped trainloads of Muslim immigrants from Italy and sent them back to Italia so there are plenty there if this is a jihad. Ruh-roh.
He’s got a real chance of winning this one.
libya could defeat italy... euro pussies are over.....
Why did the New Italian Nay buy glass boats? To see the Old Italian Navy.
These are manufactured reports. He needs to invoke some failure to perform clause in the BP, Total and Eni oil production contracts and award those contracts to PetroChina.
That will change the equation immediately, when Chinese citizens flood the country and NATO can’t bomb.
I bet if he put Russian Troops there Obama would back down so fast it would be funny.
So that’s why I’ve always heard the phrase:
Kill’em all, let Bob sort em out.
It means Babel Fish sucks.
Leisure Suit Larry has done a bunk? Has a cold? Is an ex-nutjob? Why would the mullahs be peeved at Larry? Not that I'd mind :-)
Gaddafi was Italy’s immigration gatekeeper for the mere sum of $8 billion annual if I’m not mistaken. I’m sure both nations are not pleased with the disruptions.
Non posso credere che questo pazzo pazzo idiota potrebbe pensare che egli dovrebbe dichiarare guerra con l’Italia. Che cosa pensa? Non sappiamo come si combatte? Ha mai sentito parlare non delle guerre puniche? Mamma Mia!
....mentions Eni, and if that name doesn't sound familiar, it should.
Guess who's drilling in Alaska.
How did Eni get a permit?
Guess Qadaffy isn’t a student of history. Either that, or he thinks the fourth time will be the charm.
Italy has been at war with Tripoli since Roman times.
"We are already in a war with Italy since Italians kill our children in 2011 as they did in 1911, that is why I cannot forbid Libyans to defend their lives and carry the military actions on the enemy's territory," Gaddafi said.Okay, think about this: there are two groups, one of which has to back down. If one of these groups backs down, it means their own deaths. If the other does, it's just another in a long string of humiliations and admissions of guilt. Who do you think will win?
Check out the average water depth.
“Killem all, let Bob sort em out.”
Thou mayest uttereth the holy nameth of Bob, but thou shalt not utter it backwards. Eth.
That’s funny right there!!
My Dream Ticket for 2012...........
Woooohooo....christie has all the economic/healthcare savy;West has the foreign experience/military savy and try the Race Card with that team!!ha.
Well, that will justify NATO being on his butt.
You are being played.
Basically, Soros and Obunga are trying to perpetrate a bank robbery in broad daylight and using American military assets to do it.
I wonder if Italy will fall for the old elephants over the Alps trick again
Singling out the weakest link in Obama’s “coalition?”
LOL.............I doubt it!
Not if the last bit of advice he receives comes from Wesley ...
As soon as Daffy lands a good punch the Europeans will sue for peace...and agree to completely rebuild Libya.
And, Daffy has the means to land that punch.
Libya was a former Italian colony; perhaps most Libyans would unite against Italy in a common front.
Ergo, Gaddaffi strikes at Italy; Italy strikes back; and Gaddaffi becomes leader of all Libyans against Italy.
