That's true. My suggestion of taking the high ground derives from the moral/ethical position of "doing the right thing". Whether the Islamofascists like it or not is their business -- and they often get all riled up regardless.
As I wrote in #19:
Our decision should be based on what WE think is best, not on what the Muslim reaction might be.In the end, we are responsible to God for our actions, and "we tried to avoid hurting someone's feelings" is a poor excuse for doing the wrong thing.
But as I also wrote, there's definitely a part of me that would like to stomp OBL's lousy carcass into the dust and empty my bladder over it. I completely understand those sentiments.
