He has no conscience and can't be taught one. Send him to work in the Fukushima nuclear plant to sweep the floor. Maybe he'll get lucky and find another wallet.

"The male actor proceeded to pull Mr. Schacht out of the driver's seat of the car and pull him to the ground."

Just How does this fit into the story?
I've read the article three times and fail to see Why this sentence was written the way it was!?
Actor?

"Actor?"

Not positive, but I think "actor" is cop slang for POS.

Actor. Subject. Perpetrator. Suspect. He who carried out the action. NOT in the thespian sense of the word.

Not enough raw data in the article to make certain assumptions, but I can’t help doing it anyway.

Jeez, just once I’d like to be wrong...

Hey give the guy a break, he's a Pirates fan. Haven’t been in the playoffs since the 1990’s, he's frustrated and just emoting.

Yep. My initial assumption was correct.

Except that he has his hat on “backwards” in the photo.

So I’m wrong there...

As I recall, any death that occurs as a result of the commission of a felony is considered a homicide and the perp is charged with MURDER!

Notice the Pirates hat.
A little off subject, but anyone else notice the number of MLB players who are wearing their hats "gangsta" style?
By that I mean, flat brimmed, or even slight up-curved, off to one side a little, pulled down to the ears, etc.

The area where this happened has been going downhill for decades (not much further to go I guess). A tragedy for the family, and this young man is going to be tried in juvie court...
