Is it really that difficult to see the connection this article has with today’s news of the UBL photo?

I would think the point of the OP was to show that Obama couldn’t have been more supportive of the release of the Abu Ghraib photos, knowing how dangerous that would make things for our troops, how bad they would make our country look. Now, he will not release the Bin Laden death photo because he is concerned about how the rest of the world will receive it?
It makes NO sense. Purposely releasing pictures that will endanger Americans and now purposely witholding a photo that makes us look like LIARS.
Did everybody hear the rumor that Apple is making a tablet computer? I have seen pictures and it looks like a giant Ipod. This will fail.

I think he’s covering his butt by not releasing the photos as they would secure more of the disdain, and wrath the opposite he thought he’d get from the rest of the World. Seems the rest of the World is all of a sudden more concerned about the fact OBL was unarmed, and are now accusing the USA of murder, and illegal operations with intent to murder the man.
Personally I say screw the rest of the World on this one, but Obama I think placed a great amount of faith in gaining reverence from his peers out there. I think he blew it for his ego. Let’s see what time will bring us.
