I may not agree with everything he does, but he is not a Pelosi or a Reid or a zero or any other myraid liberal ass that can be found in the more liberal states of the Union.
The Repubs just had to promise that none of the black dems' districts would be touched.
If he's not a scumbag, then what is he doing in the party of gun confiscation, abortion, atheism, reparations, communism, big government, race hustling, class warfare, enviro-nazism, sodomy, Boxer, Sharpton, Waters, Barney, and Ubama?

Blacks don’t “deserve” any more, than any other Americans, from EITHER party.

No, but I think MO is much like PA, where the Democrats are crammed into concentrated parasite nests ("cities") and normal, self-reliant people pay the freight for everything. For the past eight years we, too, had a scumbag Democrat governor but we've always had an overwhelmingly Republican state senate firewall against the worst of the Democrat socialism and lunacy.
For what it's worth, I too once voted for a Democrat for governor, back in 1990, when Bob Casey (Sr.) ran against abortion enthusiast Barbara Hafer. Hafer lost by 36%. A few years ago Hafer made her official conversion to the rat party. I don't think anybody noticed.
