Race is a matter of genes. Culture and religion are a question of mentality. The two are independent, even though they commonly occur together. In the case of East Africa, the Arab Muslims did gain some influence over the religion. But no way was was BHO, Sr. and Arab!

You know, I was just watching birds feed at my feeder, and the following occurred to me.
Why don’t blue jays mate with mourning doves? They are all part of the bird “race”, are they not?
Why does the cardinal not mate with the finch? They are all part of the bird “race”, are they not?
Why do salmon not mate with bass? They are all part of the fish “race” are they not?
Why does the orca not mate with the sperm whale? They are all part of the whale “race” are they not?
Do you think that it’s possible that the animal kingdom has a better understanding of reproduction and its purpose than humans do?
I’m starting to think that this is, in fact, the case.
That makes no sense at all. Doves don’t mate with blue jays because nothing would happen. Blacks and whites can produce babies because we are all human.

Birds are all birds. Do eagles mate with hawks? Fish are all fish. Why not a tuna and a sailfish? Lions and tigers can make ligers, but they don’t unless prompted by us.
Snakes are all snakes. Do moccassins mate with copperheads? Both are pit vipers...
Lets go higher up the chain. Do chimps mate with monkies? Do baboons mate with Orangutangs? They are all primates with similar reproductive organs. Certainly they “could” mate, but they don’t mate. Why is that?
Maybe because they aren’t humans. They are dumb animals. Name another animal besides a human that can design and build a computer.

Human beings are a species, and the races are a subset of that species. You can’t see the thrust of my argument, because you have been racially brainwashed.
Do you think that if cardinals were endangered that the EPA would just say oh don’t worry, they are just birds, and there’s plenty of birds, or would they try to save the cardinal?
Just because one distinguishes the cardinal from other birds does not mean that one is racially insulting the cardinal, rather, one is simply dealing with the fact that the cardinal is a specific breed of bird within the species of birds.
The same is true for black people, and to refer to them as black people and to discuss how their behavior affects black people does not mean I am separating them from humaninty, as you seem to suggest.
But I could explain this to you until I’m blue in the face, but none of it is going to get past your rusted, steel bear trap of race, is it? But that’s okay, since you see everyone as one race, it shouldn’t be a problem if one subsection of humankind is gone one day, should it?

race remains a reasonable means to classify humans by different grouping by hair, skin color and other physiological differences more common than not to that particular group
if calling it race makes one feel uncomfortable then call it whatever you like but that doesn;t change the fact that people are different and it's more than skin deep...ask any pathologist
and on interracial couplings...between black men and white women ...it's rarely about marriage..it's about bastard kids (not the kids fault) caught in never never land most often raised by the white family
i clearly recall a thread here about whether if one opposed personally as a matter of choice marrying outside one’s race and if that were enough to qualify as racism...well, in 2000 it was not enough to qualify here as racism

I knew when I made my initial post in this thread that I’d be in for it, the usual frothing at the mouth, but it’s okay, I am not scared, it is time to awaken.
The statement of platitude I find most alarming is “We are all part of the human race.” It alarms me, because it is meaningless nonsense. There is no such thing as the human race, but people recite it as if it is a hypnotically implanted motto, but what it is is a twist of words that if casually glanced over and accepted can actually be quite dangerous.
But beyond what I have said in this thread, I don’t know how to change it, or if it can be changed. It’s much like swimming upstream against a waterfall of group think.
