Chefs...can't be trusted.

He told officers the car should have been out the front of his house and admitted he had both sets of keys.

Another idiot that burned his car, he has the keys, but the evidence left behind doesn't show it was hot wired or the ignition tampered with. This happen probably 200 times a day in this country, many times with lease vehicles. These idiots can't figure out most car thieves would *never* burn the vehicle they stole...They just drop it off somewhere when done with it.
