NEA teachers union supports amnesty via Dream Act (BARF ALERT)

Posted on 05/16/2011 5:59:55 AM PDT by Gopher Broke

DREAM ACT: TELL CONGRESS TO HELP STUDENTS PURSUE HIGHER EDUCATION

Each year, thousands of undocumented students who have lived in the United States for at least five years graduate from U.S. high schools. Among these students, with whom NEA members work every day, are valedictorians, straight-A students, and idealistic youth committed to bettering their communities. Yet, because of their lack of legal status, they are unable to pursue higher education.

This week, Senator Durbin (D-IL) and Representatives Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and Berman (D-CA) reintroduced the bipartisan DREAM Act (S. 952/H.R. 1842). See if your Senator is a cosponsor. The House bill only has one additional cosponsor – Representative Roybal-Allard (D-CA). This important bill gives eligible young people the opportunity to resolve their immigration status and work towards citizenship. They will have to pass background checks and be of good moral character, graduate from high school, and go on to complete additional requirements related to attending college or completing military service. Leading businesses such as Microsoft have endorsed the DREAM Act because they recognize that our broken immigration system is draining our economy of the talent and resources needed to compete in the global economy.

Take Action Today: Tell your Senators and Representative in Congress to cosponsor and support the DREAM Act -- a practical, fair solution that upholds the best of our shared American values of fair opportunity, accountability, and strong work ethics.

More anchor babies = more students = more teachers = more union dues = more parasites = more taxpayer blood.

This is a shot across the bow. We should respond by refusing to raise the debt ceiling and shutting the government down. We won’t though of course.

Each year, thousands of undocumented students who have lived in the United States for at least five years graduate from U.S. high schools. Among these students, with whom NEA members work every day, are dope addicts, gang-bangers, straight D students who can’t speak fluent English, and idealistic youth committed to free health care, food stamps, unemployment benefits and total disregard for other people’s property. Yet, because of their lack of legal status, we are unable to prosecute them because they will likely become (D) voters..

Elections have consequences. This is why we must keep the house, make gains in the senate or gain the whitehouse.

No surprise that the NEA loves this idea. It demands a TON more teachers.

Why?

Because the Mestizo Indians who brave the long desert trek are not only poor, but they are illiterate IN TWO LANGUAGES, not just one. This requires much more teacher-power. They are not only unaquainted with English, they are unaquainted in SPANISH.

One of these days, it is going to finally occur to a public official that Mexico has declared war on us. And we are losing.

“Dream” act, my butt. This is the Nightmare act. Legal immigration already gives us non-criminal immigrants who go on to become great Americans. Just why do we want criminals????

Here's a simple question Republicans SHOULD be asking Democrats on TV: “How many do you want to legalize? What government benefits will they be entitled to ? (list them) How much will it cost the Federal government and state governments? Where is your CBO scores of the costs?

Hey whatever allows those 6.5 hour workdays, 8 months of work per year, blue-ribbon, near fully-paid healthcare, fat, low-self-contribution pensions, and retirement in your early 50’s, works for the teachers.

And to hell with the rest of America

Third World invaders are demanding amnesty and free college--to decimate the US of A from within.

TEXAS DREAM ACT DEMONSTRATION----- 2009

===========================================

AMNESTY ALERT Sen Durbin (D-IL), Rep Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL) and Rep Berman (D-CA) reintroduced S. 952/H.R. 1842----the latino DREAM Act---a prelude to amnesty. House bill has added a cosponsor – Rep Roybal-Allard (D-CA). Are your Sen/Reps co-sponsors?

Questions Republicans should ask Democrats in all public forums:

How many do you want to legalize?

What government benefits will they be entitled to ? (list them)

How much will it cost the Federal and state governments?

Where is your Cong/Budget/Office scores of the costs?”

Which identity will illegals use to register for college, enter the military, and gain amnesty?

July 21, 2006----BERGEN RECORD, NJ

Texans accused of selling counterfeit IDs (impoverished illegals "here for a better life" pay several thousand $$$ for fake ID's)

Pelcastre brothers, Angel and Jorge, Dallas, Texas, were a walking threat to US national security, expert document forgers who, for a few thousand dollars, could give anyone a new identity, NJ L/E authorities said. The Texas brothers were a "one-stop shop" for a myriad of fake US documents, including birth certificates, Social Security cards, driver's licenses----for any state in the US------ passports and resident alien cards, said state police.

The Texas brothers turned a NJ hotel room into a business office and were readying a massive cache of fake Social Security cards for delivery to a local NJ identity broker. Officers happened upon two cars bearing Texas plates in a NJ hotel parking lot. Authorities wouldn't identify the NJ hotel by name for fear it would spark retribution. The Drug Interdiction Task Force regularly runs checks.

The Texas brothers were followed to a NJ office supply store nearby where they purchased computer supplies. Officers then followed the Texans to a NJ storage facility in Secaucus, NJ, where the Texans loaded several boxes into a car. One of them stood lookout. Authorities approached the Texas brothers when they returned to the NJ hotel and questioned them separately.

The Texas brothers consented to a search. Police recovered laminating sheets with built-in security features, pages of blank documents waiting for fake names and information, finished documents, computers and software to create the fake IDs. All told, the haul was worth about $500,000 on the street when sold to "impoverished illegals." Police also recovered $6,000 in cash, which was the first payment from a NJ fake document broker for a shipment of 500 phony Social Security cards. ####

Question Republicans should ask Democrats in all public forums:

Have you made deals with latino agitators to exchange campaign cash and votes for a yes vote on amnesty?

If you did make deals, do you know this is a felony?

If these “Valedictorians” are so damn smart let them go back to their own countries and provide the “Hopey-Changey” governments they need.

NEA support would be a good reason to oppose the DREAM (Nightmare) Act even if I didn’t know what was in it.

Take action today. Tell your Congressmen and Senators that you DO NOT WANT any deals made that make life easier for the illegals. Send them home. They can be the valedictorians and college-bound students that seemingly are in need in Mexico.

For the NEA to come out with this policy position just ticks me off more and more about the “teachers” trying to have so much political influence.
