To get there the VICTIM'S RIGHTS MUST BE IGNORED.
It's not just that you may or may not beat up cops ~ your house or not ~ it's really about what rights women have when assaulted.
Apparently those rights are LESS than those of a man ~ maybe about 1/2 less ~ like in Islamic law, and the guy who wrote the decision spent more than anyone's share of his life associating with Moslem prisoners at GITMO.

One of the problems is that FReepers are swamped and overwhelmed. Some also think of this forum as the “highlight” of their busy day. Others [like me] sometimes dread coming here and discovering what new cans of worms have been uncovered. I hope you understand the lack of depth.
