Will Wisconsin Democrats/union thugs "victory" over 18 nuns turn pyrrhic in November?

pyrrhic victory: “a victory with devastating cost to the victor; it carries the implication that another such victory will ultimately cause defeat.”

As the recount to determine the winner of the April 5th Wisconsin State

Supreme Court election drags on the Democrat/union coalition representing loser JoAnne Kloppenburg has sunk to a new low even for them.

The wild eyed socialists engineered the disenfranchisement of 18 Roman Catholic nuns by seeing to the rejection of their absentee ballots.

The Left is heavily invested in winning this election so being 7200 votes behind does nothing to curb their appetite for this kind despicable pettiness.

How petty was this stunt?

When the Democrats were fighting Indiana over voter ID they attempted to USE 18 elderly nuns as an example of those who would be disinfranchised if IDs were required.

The Democrats are so screwy they don't even attempt to make things consistent ~

Oh, they are consistent all right. They are consistent in doing whatever it takes to ensure their own self interest whether or not something is wrong or illegal, it is right if it furthers their own self interest.

It might have been nice if the Coach had given us the details on why the votes were rejected. Nuns are good folks, but they have to follow the rules just like the rest of us. Democrats are snarkey and irreligious, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be right once in a while (broken clock syndrome). I find it hard to get worked up about this based on the lack of hard information.

To be intelligent is to have some sort of intellectual framework with which events, ideas, goals, and problem solving come about as a result of applying truth and structured thought to the concern. Such results when structured truth is used to navigate an end, it stays resolved or finished. When dishonesty coupled with emotional based problem solving takes place, no problem ever gets solved or is brought to conclusion. They just get amped up or amped down based on emotional pandering.

Librals have to fall from grace. The amount of unfinished work just becomes way too exponential for them and for the expense of spending all that money from the public treasury to go backwards.

If disenfranchising military personnel hasn’t done in the RATS, how can 18 nuns do it?

The power and influence of religious faith on masses is the biggest impediment to the spread and entrenchment of the neo-soicialist world-goverment master plan which requires replacement of the faith in God w/ faith in big brother world government.

This conundrum (or nut to crack) for the proponents of big brother world government applies even to Islam (perhaps even more so as I will explain). In a way Islam is a bigger detriment to big brother world-gov. plans than even Christianity as it has become clear that it is infinitely harder to subdue and/or replace Islamic faith (fervor) on the masses in the East than it has been Christianity in the west.

So perhaps, for good or bad, Islam too is another wall of containment from the spread and establishment of big brother world government

I may be wrong, but I think that article was satire written to show the level to which democrats, progressives, liberals, union goons, etc. will sink to force their ideas upon us.

I hope I right. If it actually occurred, then we're in deeper trouble than I anticipated.

I had a friend here in Wisconsin whose husband is a teacher. When I (being from Chicago) mentioned that the union thugs had come here to win at any price, she walked out on the coffee group, calling me an “old bat”. I have never seen such vitriol in my life and the desire to win at any price.

Then I think of the taxes listed on my real estate tax bill and when I see that most of my $l7,000 real estate tax goes to public sector workers, I get furious! I can’t afford dental insurance, but she has it. I can’t afford vision insurance, but she has it, and she will have it the rest of her life!

This article was not satire. I live in Wisconsin and I heard about it from someone I trust right after it happened. It seems that the election clerk took the ballots out to the convent, which is one of those where they never go out or speak much (contemplative, I think) and she got the nuns to fill out the absentee ballots because they can’t go to the polling place, and which the clerk has done at every election for 20 years. Then she sealed the bag and brought it back to the polling place, but some of the ballots did not have a signature. That is all there was to it.

If you can’t trust contemplative nuns, who can you trust?

“The Democrats are so screwy they don’t even attempt to make things consistent “

The Democrats are about arbitrary rule. If they attempt make things consistent, then the next thing you know the American people will expect rule of law. How can the Dems expect to get away with voter intimidation, union thuggery, or running guns to Mexican drug cartels when they’re constantly harrassed by all these “laws”.

It's not satire. It actually happened a few weeks ago.

The story is that the nuns failed to fill in the witnesses section on the ballot. The kicker is that the same registrar person has been handling the nuns' ballots for years and attests that it is them (they are cloistered).

Still, the Klopp campaign had the ballots tossed out.
