A SWAT entry of an occupied residence is First Degree Burglary, which by itself was a Capital Crime (punishable by death; applicable to ALL participants and accomplices) in many states just fifty years ago.
The death of any person during such other Capital Crime or felony is also First Degree Murder, which by itself was a Capital Crime (punishable by death; applicable to ALL participants and accomplices) in many states just fifty years ago.
